Before WaT, I didn’t give a shit about most the Heralds. But after? These are my mentally ill babies and I’d fight Retribution for them

This is how I imagine the dynamic of Jezrien and (his guard dog) Chana
It always gets me that Chanarach’s madness is being a tradwife
Cool Stormlight Fact #10
Book 6 Kaladin’s reunion gonna follow along the lines of
“Hey so btw I met ur mom, yknow she’s pretty chill I was her therapist for a while. Big yikes on killing her though and you did lowkey start all of this… But its fine! It was gonna happen anyway so better now than later”
It’s been like five books, what the fuck were the Ghostbloods doing working with Lin Davar in the first place? Why would the local branch of the intergalactic mafia want to work with some asshole in the middle of the nowhere? Did they know that his wife was a Herald? Were they just waiting for Chana to come back and do something if she did?
There's definitely some interesting implications with Chanaranach being Shallan's mother. I can't *wait* to get Kaladin's reaction to all this during limbo therapy.
Holy crem you’re right!!
Communication skills are iffy at best when it comes to heralds. so imagine bringing up that Shallan is her daughter!
ps: loved the wedding scene in WaT.
bumps = goosed
extra ps: i physically cannot wait that long for book 6. i gotta invent time travel fr
I get that Chana has her whole Heralds Madness going on but showing up to Shallans wedding was such a stupedously bad move
Chanarach/Gavilar Kholin for @arborplasm. And more importantly for the rest of you as well. You're welcome.
