Going back and editing my giant Steve Rogers/OC fic, Change is Everything, to prep it for migration to Ao3 is wild. It’s so interesting to see how my writing style has changed over the 8 years I’ve been working on this series. I’m also updating it to incorporate more realism (like maybe acknowledging my OC’s trauma?) and what canon MCU stuff actually fits my story. 

I’ve also managed to restructure some of it and decrease the chapter count by 4 already. In case you’re unaware, I am a wordy bitch who was worried that anything more than 4 pages at the beginning wouldn’t draw people in. Ah, those first naive days - now I push 12 - 16 pages per chapter.
