Then add in approx 2 cups chopped bok choy, 115g water chestnuts, 400g pre cooked udon noodles, 4 tsp dark soy sauce, 4 tsp soy sauce, 2 tsp brown sugar and 1 tsp sriracha and stir to combine/cook for a few mins.
