Me, when I'm unsupervised. 😈
i dont know if there’s a term for this, but i’ve been doing this thing lately, where i do the opposite of grounding?? and i need to share it w you
so if grounding is essentially connecting your spiritual/energetic force with that of the Earth’s, this thing is connecting your energy with the sky, the moon, the stars, celestial bodies like that.
if grounding makes me feel sort of heavier and more rooted in the ground, sky alignment (making up words btw) makes me personally feel lighter and floatier ?
i think it’s definitely a thing of balance, so if you’re already kind of out of it and floating around in your mind, maybe dont get more floatier, but if you feel heavy energetically and kind of stagnant- maybe it could help, im not sure i have not tested all this that much 🥲
anyway i love the Moon <333
Day 9
Come back to work ! A new rhythm !
Trying to take things one day after one day with no pressure !
Every year during the month of October my brother manages to call me a witch every single day. October 1st he told me that if it was the 1600s and he called me a witch, I’d die. Like yeah bro.
"I wish I knew what to do with my life, what to do with my heart....I do nothing all day, boredom settles in, I look at the sky so I get to feel even smaller than I already feel and my mind keeps poisoning itself uselessly."

Shadow Work Prompt: Self-Awareness🖤🌑
Piece(s) of Paper
Journal/Book of Shadows/Grimoire
Pencil
Something to relax to (candlelight, Music, Incense, etc.)
First, make sure you will not have any distractions. Turn off all devices and politely ask household residents not to disturb you. Choose a method of relaxation, some examples are writing by candlelight, lighting incense, and/or playing soft music. Ground and Center. Once you feel relaxed, take your piece of paper and write down your name at the top of the page or center. Next, list the good qualities you have based on how you see yourself and how others see you (before beginning you can ask family and friends to write down any words that describe you). Next, write down any negative qualities or flaws you and others see in yourself, you may do this on the same piece of paper or a different piece.
Try to be as authentic and true with yourself as you can, same goes for any family/friends you asked to write down words for you. Once your list is completed place the piece(s) of paper in your journal/book of shadows/grimoire, or pin it up somewhere where you can see it. Everyday choose a word from the list and write down in your journal/books of shadows/grimoire the reasons you feel you are ______. For example if you put down “Lazy”, ask yourself why am I lazy? What makes me lazy? When did I become lazy? Am I really Lazy? Was I always lazy? And so on, anything you can think of. Take time to reflect on what you write, it can be a few sentences to a whole page, your choice. If you feel comfortable, talk about these thoughts with family and friends. It is nice to be able to not only write things down but talk about them to.
If it is too much take a step back and maybe choose another word, or set it aside for another time. Do not feel rushed or pressured to do this, take your time. This prompt is a good start in not only getting to know yourself more intimately, but also to accept yourself, and be aware of what you need self-care wise. As well as build a foundation on what you may need to heal as you begin doing shadow work.
(Understand that this is a prompt for those who feel drawn to start/do shadow work. If shadow work makes you feel uncomfortable, or you find yourself unable to handle shadow work due to a risk of your mental health, please stop. Shadow work is not necessary in your craft, do not feel pressured to do so. If you need to, and are able, please talk to trusted family, friends and/or see a licensed professional. )
🍍The Pineapple Egregore (Also known as the Pineapple God) 🍍
