Forward, men! Rrraaah!
I love this chapter honestly, it's such a good showcase that a lot of demons perceive competition as a form of bonding. These two in particular are actively hyping up their competition in a mostly friendly manner which I think is so so cute
I find this series' take on demon sociology and psychology sooo charming and fascinating! also why I loved the devidol arc so much because THESE KIDS ARE PLAYING
Logically you'd think the 5 most likely to become the next MONARCH in a strength-driven society should hate eachother and try to cut each other down but that's not the case! They're hanging out 😭 They're hyping each other up because if they don't beat each other while everyone is at their best then what's the POINT of winning
They want absolute victory and that's only achieved if everyone is given the same opportunities, so it only makes sense to lift each other up. I love the demons' sense of honour so much
Anyways I love this manga
I re read Eden’s Zero chapter 293.
I finished Volume 33 and the series once again.
Chapter 293: When playing house as a kid, I would always rush to play the mom.

Wow.
The match finally ended with no character development for Kunigami and Ness.
What a letdown.
NEL arc's last glory was during the Manshine match.
That's it.
Also, I can't believe that Ubers match is better than PxG versus BM. And I don't even like that Ubers match that much. At the very least we got an interesting tragic backstory of Snuffy and Hiori's backstory and character development.
The only highlight of this match is Kaiser's backstory (even if I'm not invested in his character), Kiyora refusing to be Isagi's dog and passing the ball to Kaiser and Rin saying to Nanase that he's his "property" in that one flashback scene (which broke the socmed and spawned a lot of fanfics and fanarts btw).
