I wonder when/if Conan will find out that it was actually Ran that saved Haibara. Based on the dialogue in the latter image, it seems like Haibara wouldn't be completely worried if Ran knew the truth, even if she wouldn't push to tell her the truth either.

I also wonder if this moment would serve as a catalyst for Haibara to actively support Conan in telling her at some point. I would prefer a tense confrontation/confession rather than a passive "I knew all along" or Ran accepting it quickly. It would be interesting to see if Haibara's dynamic with Ran would be utilized to bridge the gap between Ran feeling slighted and her eventual forgiveness for being kept in the dark.

For example, if Ran needed distance from Conan, and Haibara and Ran had a heart to heart about the situation. It could help Ran understand their perspective and also let Haibara be a lending ear when Ran can't really vent her feelings to anyone else about it. It could also help Haibara open up to someone about her experiences with the Organization and how it's affected her. Since she sees a bit of Akemi's personality traits in Ran, I could see Haibara being more vulnerable around her than with Agasa or Conan.

I think it would serve as a great opportunity to both deepen Ran and Haibara's relationship and also give a satisfying way to transition Ran to the "core group" of people in the know without it feeling rushed or unexplored.
