That is too many children!
I wonder if we’ll meet them all, or this is what we’ll learn about most of them.
Also, Mama must be 80 or older. That is, unless she had twins, started having children before she was 16, or has a gestation period of less than 9 months. Given that the fathers fathered at least one child, she’s at least 48.
Is she constantly pregnant?
Sanji não é um gado completo??? Ele sabe dizer não????
Estou muito curiosa sobre essa família germa aí
Uuugh I read chapter 828 and wow it feels so off that everyone is like ‘oh my Sanji is such a flawlessly good person hes beautiful and kind and smells of cinnamon and we all love him so much uwu’ when he is such a slimy little pile of shit
like yeah he is cool and has a lot of positive qualities but! canon sanji is such a nasty asshole! and i dont know what i expected because Oda apparently fails to see this incredibly obvious fact. but its just so grossssssssss
can we trust her?
1 and 2 - extended thoughts
On Charlotte Pudding.
don’t know if Pudding is faking but did Sanji really reject a beautiful woman? I’m proud of him somehow like that time when Nami rejected Enel’s offer… they’d do anything for their captain.
What are your thought on Pudding regarding the newest chapter? Not gonna lie, I was pretty disappointed...
Anonymous said:To me pudding seems kind of fishy. She just described Sanji’s poster and things that people already know about him (that he’s a cook).l think she is leading the Strawhats into a trap. It’s just too easy. I really don’t buy it. Why would she betray her mother. She is the Daughter of a jounko and I don’t believe that she could be that naive and nice. How could she have met sanji and get to know him in that short time. I don’t think that she would help the Strawhats just because they are her café.
I wrote about my general thoughts about Pudding here a few days ago. So to respond to anon #1, I wasn’t specifically disappointed because I already expected nothing from her.
And to anon #2, I hope that you’re right. I would loving more than for Pudding to be a master of deception who has the heart of a demon from hell who is attempting to send the Straw Hats too their doom, and who would, and has the power to, beat Sanji half to death before letting him escape this marriage.
But I’m not expecting that. I’m not going to get my hopes up. Based on what we were shown in this chapter, the only character development I’m expecting we might get from Pudding in the future is that she might take a more active stance in opposing Big Mom. Right now she is encouraging the Straw Hats to take back Sanji for his own sake, but she is still passively accepting her role in life as Big Mom’s daughter. But if we get to a point where we witness Big Mom herself brutally hurting Sanji for refusing to go along with the wedding or something similar, Pudding might step up and openly oppose her mother.
That’s the most that I am willing to hope for. As I said before, right now all Pudding appears to be to me is a fairly hollow character whose purpose is to be a fantasy material for dudes–a perfect, flawless wife who wants nothing other than to make others happy, who is nice without reason, who is submissive and naive, and so on. At this moment, her being so naive and nice and immediately infatuated with Sanji just feel to me like a part of her “perfect waifu” character. Like, even this part is in line with that dynamic
She’s sad about not marrying Sanji–she instantly fell for him the moment she met him, as a good ideal fantasy wife should--but she’s not going to let her own feelings hold Sanji back. She’s appropriately sad, but not to the point where she’s going to make Sanji or anyone else feel bad about about disappointing her. Instead, she’s just going to passively wait and be happily optimistic that she’ll be able to marry another amazing man. She’s easily pleased, appropriately dedicated to what her man wants, in love but not clingy, and still focused on marrying–all things that many real women are told they should be like in order to be the best woman a woman can be.
Again, by all means I would love to be 100% wrong about this. I would love so freaking much for Pudding secretly be the exact opposite of everything I have described here. But until that is actually shown, I’m not going to get my hopes up.
