Seeing @kitsoa inktober entry reminding of something I was thinking about in light of the recent chapter (42). (And this post as well)

We have seen that a linker + bellwether can alter memory of humans, but what about other birdmen? Is it possible? If so, for what reason? Would it be a 'better' option in the long run vs simply commanding them?

Just some questions like that.
