Chosen Character Resarch - Harley Quinn - Batman Animated Book
I decided to do some research by delving into the library to find books about Batman The animated series. I managed to find this book about Batman the Animated Series that had a small section about Harley Quinn from tvoice actors for the Joker and for Harley Quinn. The extracts below are from the following book.

The picture below is the early concept designs for Harley Quinn. As you can see there is a distinctive 50′s/60′s design to her that seems to have been lost going from this to her Jesters outfit..
