She is my galaxy girl! I painted her immediately after my collaboration with my dear Katerina and Migz, where we explored galaxies together. If you don't know which collab I refer to, check out my feed and look for a white owl ;) Kat and Migz are some of the kindest people I met on this platform, their messages always make my day and they truly inspire me to be the best version of myself as a creator. It is connections like these that make me want to be a kinder "sister" and celebrate womanhood together as a community of empowered and talented women. The sisterhood is strong, I must say :) Now - onto the painting - I had this idea of a girl with galaxy hair, but just didn't know how to paint hair well enough to make it stand out in a more obvious way, so I went with this more loose and graphic style. Sometimes I have great ideas, but not enough skills to put them into practice haha... life as a noob is always good :P So, what do you think? A clown oc for a contest on artfol! Theres gonna be a part 2 in which i will draw him during performance! Backstory: This guy is a ftm trans dude born in 1917 who had no way of transitioning since being transgender wasnt accepted at all at that time and eventually all the misgendering and dyphoria drove him insane. He hated his body so much he basically did top surgery on himself. After that he got classified as insane and he had two choices. Either go and live the rest of his life in an asylum, or join the circus. Since he was naturally rlly flexible and loved doing acrobatic activities, he decided to join the circus. He became a clown and an acrobat. His identity was also part of his performances so he often performed without a shirt on mostly in his acrobatic acts so people could see what he had done to himself to “make his body right”. He was also a creepshow attraction along with other people with mental illnesses and disabilities. Thats his backstory in short!
