A - Affection
Josephine is super affectionate. She mostly expresses it through small physical touch, like less full body hugs and cuddles and more linking her arm with yours, a hand on your shoulder, leaning against you or letting you lean against her. Things that can be done at the same time as other stuff. Also, she'll bring food as a way of expressing affection
D - Domestic
She's already sort of settled down! She has a house and a husband and all of the settled-down things. Also, she's a good cook and really enjoys it, and she keeps her space tidy enough. You won't see her like, mopping daily, but she sweeps and does dishes and all that
S - Security
Josephine is extremely protective of the people she cares about, especially when it comes to like physical threats. You're being attacked by a monster? She's there, sword in hand, telling you to get behind her. For herself, as far as she's concerned, she doesn't need protecting (and also, don't you dare put your life in danger for her sake)

5 good qualities: Patient, cunning, a master of his craft, cared and trained street urchins to become skilled assassins, humble
3 bad qualities: Bitter, remorseful, and he really underestimated Corvo’s ability to throw rocks against a single, rotten wood barrier
favourite episode/etc: I mean the whole of “Knife of Dunwall”/”Brigmore Witches” really sold me on the series as a whole, and skyrocketed him from threshold guardian to my favorite character.

head canon: He left all the money he earned from his assassin days behind. Not that he didn’t have enough of it, but because he knew he’d be leaving 40+ assassins, many of whom were kids, on their own. He took the bare minimum, knowing he’d likely struggle given his age and infamy, and left everything behind as an apology for abandoning the closest thing he’s ever had to a family.

Reep and Ayla, most definitely. As much as I love badass battle lesbians Salu and Ayla, reboot Cham and Spark are 10/10 adorable an extremely underappreciated.

favorite thing about them
The fact that he seems entirely happy where he is. He went off to Valinor, came back, trekked all the way back to Beleriand, met Melian, and then basically sat down, saying ‘OK, that will do’ and apart from one defensive expedition, never moved again.
Also, when the Noldor arrive back in middle-earth, despite the fact that Beleriand was in the process of being totally overrun with orcs, Thingol’s response was *very nearly* ‘get thee gone from my gates’ even though he knew nothing about Alqualonde at that point, so presumably had nothing to base this on other than a very severe case of ‘you kids get off my lawn.’ You have to admire that level of grumpiness, honestly.
least favorite thing about them:
It’s a tie between:
1) the way he shut his daughter in a tree and sent the man she loved off to die. Even though Beren had been nobly fighting the Enemy that Thingol had notably failed to fight, and owed allegiance to Thingol’s fallen great-nephews Angrod and Aegnor.
2) the hardline border policy, enforced against both the Haladin and the refugees of fallen Himlad. Honestly, you can see why Celegorm had it in for him.

Thingol you utter wanker. Did you not notice that poor Cirdan, who is only here and in danger because you fell in love and failed to leave a note, was under siege until the Noldor turned up? I mean, I can see it after he heard of Alqualonde, but before?
brOTP: I don’t think I have a brOTP for Thingol. I mean, I know Finwe missed him, but I feel that there must have been a Long Talk about his behaviour towards Finwe’s children and grandchildren when Thingol got to Mandos.
… Actually, you know what, I’m going to brOTP him with Gaffer Gamgee. They can sit in a corner and mutter about how the world’s all going to the dogs and the Young People are awful.
OTP: Melian, of course. Their whole relationship is so ODD. From start to finish. And that thing about how he forgot he was the trophy husband is spot on.

I think he would have been a pretty good king in Valinor. He just found the situation he was in impossible (which it was), and so responded inappropriately and made things even worse.

Alignment- Chaotic Good. She’ll 98% of the time try to do what feels like the right thing and even when she tells herself she’s not going to get involved she probably will and she’ll end up trying to help. It’s just that she doesn’t really have a huge aversion to getting results in questionable ways. If someone’s in the way, it might end up easier to just kill them and Ash doesn’t see much of a problem with that.
Hobby- Art in various mediums. Most of what she’ll readily show off is for purely practical purposes, where it’s easier to show rather than tell what they need to know or see. The stuff that isn’t as easy to get to falls into is what she’s done for the pleasure of it or what she’s seen and the image won’t leave her head so she has to do something about that and then never ever let anyone else see it.
Zodiac- Taurus. about 80% of the time it suits her perfectly. but no one is ever 100% a certain way no matter what astrology says lmao
Jaded- Sure, she likes the idea of a happily ever after. If you were to ask her she’d probably tell you that it’s possible, and she’d mean it but won’t mention how low of a possibility she also thinks it is.

Vice- He’d probably very much like to not talk about his alcohol consumption or his tendency to very literally run away from feelings that make him uncomfortable or even slightly emotional. Sometimes those two issues go hand in hand, not that any drunkenness ever lasts long. fucking thanks, demonic healing factor.
Alignment- Probably also Chaotic Good. He pretty much always tries to do what’s Right and tries super hard to not bother anyone else with it, but when push comes to shove he makes himself make hard decisions that might not always be Right. Like, for instance, resigning yourself to maybe having to kill your own brother to keep him from opening the front door to Hell. Chaotic also fits I think seeing as how he’s incapable of doing anything without his own flair, never mind if that destroys everything around him.
Fluff- Saying anything even remotely resembling praise to him. Not that he’ll show it if he can avoid it, but even if his knee-jerk response is to be like “shut up no you’re wrong” he’s still gonna remember it and think about it for ages afterwards and hoard all the warm fuzzy feelings. Also, puppy dog faces either literal or figurative.
Escape- First and foremost, Eat. Consume All Food. That’s like one of his favorite things ever, is food in general. Marathoning all his favorite and/or bad movies is another de-stress method, as is adding to those piles of bottles in his office. Put all of the above together and that’s not only an ideal evening but great for relaxing.

do I like them: Yeah, I think he’s a pretty genuine, no-nonsense guy. It’s clear from the get-go he comes off harsh,but cares about his band.
5 good qualities: He’s brutally honest, looks out for his friends, is caring, a romantic, and is dedicated to his art.
3 bad qualities: He is incredibly stubborn, selfish, and his desire for perfection, while understandable, is honestly frustrating to watch.
favourite episode/etc: “Dethgov” for sure.
Otp: Nathagail. With help from the band, Nathan learns to navigate the proper way to court Ms. Remeltindtdrinc, and the two begin a healthy relationship. Like, I’ll excuse the kiss at the end of DSR as her being in a mentally weakened state of mind after being locked in a dark room for months. Nathan is the one who takes a step back and tries to help her in the same way he’d help Toki...platonically. Nathan eventually learns that Abigail is a conduit for the water goddess(?), and with her help, can help get the final message across to the band, and later the world.
Brotp: Pickles!
Ot3: Oh… I wrote a Hammertooth where Nathan got so upset over Magnus and Toki existing, and for a moment I considered how terrible it would be if Nathan and Magnus were a thing beforehand, or if Nathan had unrequited feelings. It’s a cursed thought.
Notp: Nathan/Toki. I saw it once, and it was jarring, to say the least.
