Occupation: Pathologist Assistant / Assistant to the Medical Examiner
Relationships: Gylfie Tulekdo (biological half-sister), Astro Elián (brother in all but blood), Jatan Tulekdo (employer), Farren Ardent (co-worker, friend), Merlin Ardent (flyball teammate), the Tergiversari Dynasty (exterminated)
Titles: Prince Arion of Pashor (formerly), Mr. Tergiversari
Appearance (Written): Arion Tergiversari is an abnormally small adult male Parringale of light blue coloration. His eyes are a vibrant red, enhanced by eyeliner-like markings of a paler red that also run down the face on the rostral (closer to the nose) side of his cheek scales. His cheek and rostral scales are a dull navy, and there is a pale pink patch on the tip of his snout. The hair is a bluish-grey and worn loose and short, while horns are a dark teal and curved like the horns of a ram. He has brown barring on the back of the neck, and a copper line that runs from the jaw-neck junction to the tail tip. The ears are tipped purple, ear spines are red, and the aural interior is the same color as his hair. The wing membranes are pierced just behind the shoulder to allow for arm straps, and his wing membranes are a light blue. His tail is notably stunted, with his wings being lengthier than his tail, and the talons are the same color as the horns.
Arion is Dr. Tulekdo's assistant. Arion hatched in the parringale kingdom of Pashor to Gulior's northwest before being orphaned by what historians call the "prophetic coup" as a baby. The same night, he was taken in by the former king of Pashor (who was fleeing after being overthrown by a relative) before being orphaned once more by the coup that destroyed the country when he was ten years old. He has extreme trust issues from this difficult upbringing in addition to getting betrayed several times as an adult. He beats himself up over it. He's been tricked or abandoned by everyone, even his current employer, but he stays because he doesn't think he'll find anything else. Plus, Tulekdo's adopted daughter turned out to be Arion's biological little sister, and he refuses to leave her. While Tulekdo and Arion are on better terms now, Gylfie was what initially prevented him from quitting. His best friend is a feline military pilot named Astro Elián.
Literally the most harmless man. He was born without most of the defenses of a Parringale, has curved in horns, and has a stunted tail that really couldn't do much slapping even if he wanted to. Borealis trusts him with Farren because "if being a man was being like the ones [Farren] knew, he's not a man". He only attempts to hurt people when either he gets betrayed or someone he loves is in trouble. His teeth are perfectly clean, which is quite substantial. Parringale teeth are sensitive to hemoglobin (the substance that makes blood red) and will stain rapidly upon contact, so his clean teeth means he's made it to twenty-five without biting. (Stains can be cleaned if you're super rich, but Arion is not anywhere close to rich.)
Arion has what's known as "leaky" magical discharge. Parringales have magic similar to a unicorn, but the organ responsible for this magic is located in the face rather than a horn. A colored discharge typically releases from the magic organ in their face when the "spell" ends, however, in Arion it begins almost instantly and with more volume. It's not known if this is a genetic quirk, or if Arion's magical organ was damaged at some point. It tends to make a mess. He gets around it in the lab/morgue by using his teeth and wings where he can and tying a hairnet around his lower jaw for the rest.
From a young age Alric was a skilled brawler, which made it easy for him to join a jarl's band when he came of age. What might have been an easy life of fighting for gold and glory changed in an instant in his first real battle against the orcs. Reduced to fighting for his life with his fists, he found that they crackled with lightning.
Jarl Haakon, a skilled Spirit mage in his own right, immediately took Alric as an apprentice and taught him how to harness the power of the elements like any Hydrisian mystic. The war magic came easily to his aggressive personality and rumors abounded that he would be the old Haakon's successor.

PERSONALITY.
at first glance, helena bertinelli appears to be reserved; being on the introverted side of the spectrum, she wouldn't quite say she's a huge fan of many, if not most people. however, helena remains polite and even charming at times, always showing basic human decency to strangers—unless provided a reason not to—and being engaging to converse with, as she is witty, thoughtful, and attentive.
helena is quite opinionated and introspective, and is not afraid to say what's on her mind - even if it is, at times, at the cost of coming across as harshly blunt or crass.
though she is morally grey, considers laws as suggestions, and has questionable methods, helena is a strong advocate for human rights, justice, and equality, having absolutely no tolerance for prejudice, unethical greed, discrimination, or unnecessary cruelty; being so caught up with getting things done and achieving results, helena can be reckless and stubborn in her ways, usually believing that the ends justify the means. helena conceals her pain, self-loathing, and emotional turbulence with a tough, wry, and nonchalant facade, being uncomfortable with vulnerability, but she is not that uncomfortable with expressing her anger, having a short temper due to which she is quick to snap, lash out, and get overly defensive in response to what she usually perceives incorrectly as a personal attack out of impulses.
on the less extreme end, she may be petty, snarky, and passive-aggressive, being one to hold grudges and being unable to let it go if she's not able to make things right completely and instantly.
while helena isn't exactly a noteworthy candidate for a 'team-player of the year' award, being so used to being a lone wolf and disliking having to compromise her values, obeying orders, placing complete trust in people, or self-reliance, helena is a remarkable and wonderful friend to have once her trust is earned, for her love, though rarely expressed without restrain, is boundless, sincere, unconditional, and warm.
despite her personal issues, helena is highly compassionate and understanding, going out of her way to offer emotional support to people when they need it. additionally, helena is a fun-loving and intellectually curious person, enjoying high-risk adventures and quiet reading sessions in equal amounts.
BIOGRAPHY.
helena rosa bertinelli was born into a family of organised crime, a fact that she would learn, understand, and thereby be haunted by for her whole life. at the age of eight years, she watched her entire family get brutally murdered and get snatched from her all in a few nightmarish moments of a tragically fateful night; the product of a strategised hit, placed by rivals of her father, that would result in the systematic total annihilation of anybody even distantly related with 'bertinelli' as their surname. placed in the care of some distant relatives who would become her adoptive family, she was raised in sicily, sent to boarding school, and trained into a lethal weapon of steel during the entirety of her adolescence, being prepared and transformed from a traumatised child to a cut-throat and strategic assassin with the sole aim of extracting revenge; to personally hunt down the predators who preyed upon innocent lives when the law enforcement failed to uphold justice. with a warped reckoning of justice and equality, huntress became a solo crime-fighter, her personal vendetta against crime families eventually metamorphising into a profound motivation for her to vow and protect the people of her hometown and devote herself to the cause of making gotham a better, safer, happier city. during the first several years since her emergence, huntress was not held in high regard by the heroic community, as her methods clashed against their morals and she was willing to engage in murder, bloodshed, and extreme violence as her primary mode of combatting crime. over time, however, huntress proved herself to be a reliable and trustworthy ally, and as she learned to tame her fury better ( i emphasise: better; not completely, ) she and her fellow vigilantes were able to understand each other more, developing mutual respect even if helena still is on unfriendly terms with a couple of her peers. though she is affiliated with justice league, helena mainly considers herself a bird of prey, for black canary, oracle, and lady blackhawk are not just her teammates but also a circle of close friends. now a days, when helena isn't teaming up with her fellow superheroes to accomplish certain missions, she usually spends her time in gotham, wherein she remains occupied with her teaching job by day, patrolling the streets by night. she sometimes flies out to metropolis when she's summoned by barbara for a mission, invited to go shopping with dinah, or challenged to beat zinda at some drinking game, or when she simply needs a change of environment to catch her breath when she needs a moment's respite from catching her death.

Medli is an excitable, teenage water genasi with a love of music and an obsession with magic. She will go out of her way to learn more about magic, finding a lot of joy in both knowing about it and practising it. She is quite a charming individual, having a talent with making up stories and mimicry. Some would call it lying but she would be quite insistent that such wording downgrades the talent involved.
She is quite clumsy, though she also seems lucky enough to find a way to turn clumsiness into something that looks impressive. It is hard to tell what is intentional on her part and what is just an accident. If she intended to cartwheel the whole time or simply tripped and then did so to avoid falling.
Medli is completely against violence, getting quite upset if she ever has to hurt anything. Due to this, all of her spells are ones that can’t hurt people and Medli tries to avoid fights if she can. That being said, she isn’t completely defenceless and has some tricks up her sleeve if she does need to do some damage, though she prefers just to help keep the people she’s with safe instead.
Physical Description:
Medli is quite an odd-looking individual, with blue skin and hair, her features look being more similar to a tropical ocean than they do to most humans. She is shorter than most, standing at about 5’2”. She is about average weight, though her genasi heritage, general lack of muscle mass, and odd diet means that her weight is mostly made up of fat.
She has scales on her forehead, cheeks, neck, shoulder, hips, lower back, and upper legs. Many of them have small scars around them, and quite a few are missing. She also has gills on the back of her neck though one is damaged and has a scar over it along with part of her neck. Other notable scars she has are multiple small ones under her hair and one on her left wrist that extends slightly round onto the front of her arm.
Hair:
Medli’s hair is deep blue in colour and acts like it’s constantly underwater both in the fact that it moves and flows by itself and that it’s always wet. This fact is inconvenient in the winter and in general when in a colder climate as it freezes, becoming brittle which causes Medli a lot of stress. If it ever was still it would go down to her waist. To Medli, her hair is her most beloved feature, with a good amount of her self-esteem tied to it.
Outfits:
Medli usually wears a simple outfit made up of a white off-the-shoulder crop top, an orange tiered maxi skirt, and a pair of old brown gladiator sandals. They are all made of a cheaper but comfortable material designed to be easy to perform in. She has a single ear piercing, a hoop made of dark blue metal.
She also has two accessories she nearly always wears, the first being a silver circlet made up of two metal rings with four blue jewels as a centrepiece. When she first received it at twelve years old, it was too big to fit her correctly, though that didn’t stop her from attempting to wear it (it often becoming a necklace). Now she has grown enough to properly fit it and she wears it as much as possible.
The other is a green blanket, decorated with an orange sun on one edge and an orange moon on the opposite one. It’s made of thin material, enough that that is almost see-through when it’s stretched out. Medli wears it folded and tied around her waist so that the sun can be seen. Medli has always had the blanket with it being the first possession she ever had, though she has done her best to take care of it. The most notable damage done to it is that at one point it was cut in half, though it has now been sewn back together along with being embroidered with constellation patterns.
Interests:
Medli has a passionate interest in magic and magical knowledge. She spends a lot of time practicing magic and studying arcane theory. She has a journal detailing her notes and theories on different spells, some of which is completely ridiculous but that is generally stuff that Medli cannot cast herself. The notes on spells she can cast usually detail the uses she can think of for them, as well as the way she’s seen other people cast them and their general effects.
Medli also loves playing instruments, she can play three different instruments but her main focus is the violin. She loves making music and did so even before she began to learn bardic skills that linked music and magic together. Even though she isn’t an expert, she loves playing the violin and it brings her a lot of joy, though she can get quite stressed about any perceived imperfection or when attempting to play an unfamiliar piece.
Important Relationships:
Lady Clarissa Mistbreaker. (She/Her)
A middle-aged, half-elven woman who has gotten to her current position through being ruthless and manipulative. She has been the Baroness of Mistwalker Island, a title held by the head of the college, for the past four decades. It is a well-respected position, given to the best bard at the college as chosen by the previous Baron or Baroness, though there are only rumours of the trails Clarissa had to go through to prove herself.
She dresses in refined, formal attire, wanting to make sure she always looks prepared and professional while also being imposing. This is seen clearly in the long, green military-style coat she usually wears; the collar being decorated with the fur of an Arcanaloth. She is also never seen without at less one of her custom weapons; one a short whip made of a violin string, and the other an enchanted hand-crossbow.
Clarissa has known Medli since she was a baby, having been the one to find her abandoned on the docks of Mistwalker Island. At first, she has little interest in the girl, simply putting her into the care of the college but then she realised the unique opportunity she had been presented. She would shape her into the perfect prodigy.
So, Clarissa started mentoring Medli, giving her private lessons from a young age. Medli enjoyed most of these lessons, especially those where she learned to play instruments, looking up to Clarissa as most of the students at the college did. However, there was a darker side to the mentorship as it led to Clarissa abusing her prodigy under the guise of teaching her. She would belittle her for nearly everything, for asking “stupid” questions, expressing her fear or dislike of violence, and even the names she chose for her pets. When teaching her violin, she would whip her across the wrist whenever she made a mistake or used a technique different from what Clarissa thought was best. She also did her best to make sure Medli feel isolated from the other students, including encouraging the bullying Medli experienced.
Throughout Medli’s life, Clarissa has controlled her actions, and even running away from Mistwalker hasn’t stopped her from attempting to do so. Medli is her prodigy, and she can’t allow her to leave while she is still learning and Clarissa especially can’t allow her to be corrupted by the untrained tiefling she is now traveling with.
Idric Ba’lor. (He/Him)
A tiefling man who with only one remaining horn, with the other being wore as a necklace after being smashed off when he was younger and first getting a footing in life.
Being a few years older than Medli, Idric has become a fairly well-known, if potentially polarising figure, playing roles as a violinist, merchant, and generally charming adventurer. More recently Idric captains his namesake ship: The Balor, a former cargo ship turned home and stage for performers and merchants.
Idric is usually found in flamboyant attire, most notably a buccaneer’s coat that looks to have been originally designed for someone far taller and broader than Idric. The coat now is littered with marks of by-hand-tailoring, both intentionally and not; the most obvious of these being a series of embroidered constellation designs.
Idric first met Medli a couple of years ago, back when she was running anyway from Mistwalker and before he became Captain of the ship that he took his name from, and have since become close friends, with Idric taking a mentor-like figure. Though it took a while for Medli to come out of her shell, she trusts him fully and looks up to him a lot.
When working beside him, whether it be selling items with outlandish, largely false backstories or falling onto whatever adventure they accidentally started and are now roped into, Medli has felt useful in ways she never did back at the college.
Idric also holds a lot of contempt towards Medli’s former ‘mentor’ Clarissa, a feeling that definitely is mutual. The two first met when she held an open-challenge violin contest at the college, one that quickly became far more of a “duel” with Clarissa failing to best the younger violinist. Clarissa took this as a personal humiliation, for one he was self-taught while she was in charge of a bard college and for another, this battle took place in front of a crowd, her crowd. This hatred has only grown since Medli left the college, with Clarissa believing that Idric has manipulated and stolen her prodigy away and Idric continuously learning more about the treatment of his friend at the hands of a supposed mentor.
Heather “Heath” Mistwalker. (He/Him)
A fallen aasimar the same age as Medli, Heath is another student at Mistwalker College, having become a student a little over a decade ago. It was only when he came to Mistwalker that he started calling himself Heath, wanting to sound tougher in the vicious environment of the college. He looks relatively normal for an aasimar, lacking a defining odd feature that most of them possess. Some say that he is quite attractive, some say he would be even more so if he changed his hair cut to something more flattering.
It wasn’t long after becoming a student at Mistwalker that Heath grew to dislike Medli due to an incident that ended with the small group of friends he had made being expelled, with him only being allowed to stay due to this being so soon after he had started attending the school. They had told him that Medli was nothing more than a spoilt brat, getting away with more than anymore else in the college due to being Clarissa’s favourite, and losing the friends he had made because of her proved this to Heath. The fact that he and his friends had stolen Medli’s goldfish and nearly killed it seemingly not being important his mind.
Since then, he has been a bully to Medli and desperately attempted to gain Clarissa’s favour and attention, the small amounts of attention he did get further fuelling his actions. Though Heath doesn’t know that Clarissa subtly encourages the behaviour in an attempt to toughen Medli up, having no particular interesting in him. He is instead sure that he is slowly winning her over by proving how inept Medli is. After all, he knows that he is better than her, that he deserves to be the school’s prodigy, no matter what he has to do to prove it.
Mouse Mistwalker. (He/Him)
A goliath a few years older than Medli, Mouse is large and muscular enough to intimidate people without intending to while still being surprisingly light on his feet. During his time at Mistwalker, he was studying to be a rogue. He knows a few spells, though is most knows for using Mirror Image.
Mouse met Medli during a family visiting day at the college, where both were alone and not expecting any visitors. On this particular day, she has gotten curious about her parents and asked Clarissa, only to be yelled at, and was found by him crying in the corridors. Mouse conformed Medli, telling her that family is over-rated anyway. He managed to cheer her up, and the two spend the day talking, with Medli being extremely happy to talk to another student without being yelled at, and became fast friends.
Even as Medli was outcasted by basically everyone else in the college, Mouse continued to be her friend, thinking a little of those who would pick on someone smaller or weaker than themselves. After one particularly bad incident when Medli was twelve in which nearly all her hair was cut off, he gifted her a circlet as she had previously mentioned wanting one. It didn’t cheer her up as much as he would’ve liked but she did like the gift.
Mouse graduated from Mistwalker College a few years ago and Medli hasn’t seen him since.
Altair Delphine. (They/Them)
A Scourge Aasimar with chaotically formed shapes and winding veins of embedded stained glass indiscriminately coating parts of their body. Between the multi-coloured glass and blueish, almost bruise hued skin, Altair has a unique look.
Having attended the prestigiously brutal Penattrey Institute, Altair has received unparalleled exposure to powerful magics, influential mages and limit-breaking situations. Their feelings on this time are complex, however, especially considering the crushing expectations forced on them by their parents, school, and divine heritage.
Said immense pressure led to Altair running away from the Institute, just before receiving their final exam results. And so, Altair needed to find a way to support themselves.
Which, after a failed stint at opening a diviner’s tent, meant Altair took an ominous offer as an apprentice for Lady Clarissa herself, using their prolific divination abilities directly for her.
This is where they met Medli.
A mutual struggle to fit in at a college designed to spark a killer instinct neither was interested in, led to a fast friendship forming between the two mostly on the backs of an avoidance of responsibility, something Altair very much enjoyed doing. For this duo, it mostly meant skipping obligations and finding a quiet spot to indulge their passions, for Altair this was mostly creating and maintaining a custom deck of tarots as well as tailoring and redesigning their outfits.
Despite Altair’s floundering social skills and occasional unintentional insensitivity, Medli was glad to have a new friend, someone she was genuinely excited to talk to. She loved listening to them discuss their passions and watch them draw or paint and was happy to be able to share her passions and hobbies with someone genuinely interested in them instead of mocking or yelling at her. It didn’t matter that their interests rarely aligned, the two developed a sincere and safe bond.
This bond was tested regularly by Heather and the other bullies who regularly made odd demands or interrupted the duo just to make them uncomfortable. Coming to a climax with a particular argument about Medli skipping “Poisons and Other Untraceables” that led to a particular nasty outburst and then Altair drawing out a flash of smoke from his deck with Medli lying about the “toxicity” of the spell.
Altair was still at Mistwalker when Medli left, though they left not long after. Medli doesn’t know why they left or where they may be now.
Misc.:
Medli was raised in and received an education from Mistwalker College: a once prestigious boarding school, the reputation of which has become shadier over time. The college has always prided itself particularly on its powerful bards, but also on the wizards, rogues, performers, and politicians that are raised within its walls. Though those who investigate see the pattern of suspicious, usually manipulative, and sometimes downright criminal behaviour the graduates often show. They are also well known for taking in taking in orphaned or abandoned children and raising them. Most who graduate from the college end up taking the last name Mistwalker, seeing joying the “Mistwalker family” as a great honour, quite a few returning to the college whether they take on a full-time teaching position or simply to help out with any problem the college might have.
Medli suffers from night terrors. Despite how often she has them, she doesn’t like telling people that she does until she is sure that she trusts them, to the point of sometimes lying about having one when someone finds her either having one or just having woke from one. They happen more frequency when she is stressed.
Medli has had four pet fish over the years: Mister Bubbles, Coyrim, Talula, and Mister Bubbles the Second. Unfortunately, all of them have passed away.
Medli is a vegetarian which was a problem while at the college due to a lack of options, meaning that she mostly ate pasta and bread as they were always available. Since starting to travel with Idric, she’s expanded her diet a lot.

Outwardly, there is nothing truly remarkable about Lord Simons. He stands as tall and healthy as the rest of his company in his middle-aged years. Even his facial features, which could be described as sharp, tired and shadowed, are not seen as uncommon amongst the overworked citizens of the Imperium. Truly, the man could easily slip into obscurity were it not for his status, his penchant for formal attire, and the aura of unease he omitted by simply existing.
Half his staff jests that the crawling, instinctual desire to both fixate and turn hurriedly away from his visage is due to his unattractive, scowling demeanor. The rest blame his genes. Though the Governor never tested conclusive for being below "Rho" on The Assignment scale, many still suspect he is not quite like the average human man. Perhaps he was void born, or born to a tribe below Neueroi's stormy surface - raised with different social norms and customs. Regardless, only a few individuals truly know the details of his past before his sudden, ruthless takeover of the superplanet's underdeveloped military some twenty or so solar years ago.
But besides a few exceptions here and there, no one really complains. Under his ruling and eventual acquirement of Neueroi's central leadership, the once overlooked planet has blossomed into the successful industrial, research, and trade eden it is today.
But such success always warrants more attention, and some attention is not so desirable. The Imperium, either impressed or skeptical of the man's and planet's rise into power and influence, continually raises their expectations, demanding ever increasing tributes at the threat of suddenly finding Neueroi's unorthodox, experimental practices heretical.
To this problem, Lord Simons believes he has found a solution...and will do whatever it takes to secure it.

Ela Kira is a pirate, a thief, a smuggler, and a criminal by all accounts and definitions under the Republic. A trail of boarding actions, heists, contraband and broken laws follow her across her over a dozen major systems, along with as many small bounties often placed by corporations seeking reprisal.
The oddity lies in the fact that while she fits all those descriptions - Ela does not fit them. Of all 47 confirmed piracy raids linked to her - only 6 had cases of minor bodily harm to sentients, with the situations being either someone attempting to surprise her or otherwise. Ela either seems to convince her targets into cooperation or stuns them and leaves them safely out of the way. It has been noted several crews report 'extremely annoying behaviour' from her, such as singing over the ship PA or playing Hutt Opera music, but otherwise no abusive or hostile behaviour to them.
Ela's preference for non-violence and non-lethal even extends to rivals and foes, with reports collected by several saying she famously doesn't hold grudges - even against repeated attempts on her by some of them. Most of her direct rivals seem annoyed by her at worst, but lack the usual murderous ill will found amongst most pirates. The limit of this ‘no grudges’ rule isn’t clear, as most of the ones we spoke to were unaware of anyone pushing her too far, though rumours exist.
Many bounty hunters we spoke to also reported this, some even remarking she seemed happy to see them, flirting and providing banter to 'regular' hunters who arrested her. She has even been cooperative at times out of familiarity.
It should be noted that several hunters confirmed her attitude has worked to some degree. A few admitted to successfully catching her, only to release her on, to quote a specific hunter; "very good and happy terms until round two for usual fun" - they refused to clarify further. One commented in passing that Ela is, using an exact quote, 'A better snuggler than she is smuggler' but also refused to clarify on this.
Further inspection into her piracy reveals a pattern and motive that helps explain this unusually friendly attitude towards her.
Ela focuses largely on stealing either credits or raiding corporate transports carrying very specific cargo. Twelve of her raids all involved her stealing medical equipment and supplies that had been sent for disposal and destruction - despite being functional and useful still. The fact said equipment has been tracked to sentientarian aid vessels and work only adds to the unusual behaviour of Ela.
To put it simply, she seems to steal from the rich corporations to give to the poor and in need of aid. Most credits she takes have been tracked to funding relief and medical efforts, as do most things she steals. The rest of the credits are seemingly dispensed across a dozen cantinas, clubs, and bars.
It has even been noted that several transport captains in the sectors Ela operates know of her and, like her rivals and hunters, treat her as a frustrating nuisance at worst. Some have been accused of aiding her through leaking the contents of their cargo, but this has been proven false on all accounts. They have been accused of being ‘overly cooperative’ as well, which is an unusual accusation and often dropped after the captains and crew point out they’re still being held at blasterpoint or stunned by the pirate.
It is, however, very clear she has supporters and sympathisers who do leak such things as her as the method and nature of her methods are too organised not to have such intel given to her.
Ela largely works alone, with the exception of making use of various droids to assist her larger or more complex operations. The few instances of her working with other sentients has seemingly always via her being hired, and only when the job follows her interests.
The pirate is often described as an open and energetic character, with a cheerful friendliness that can easily be mistaken as naiveness and innocence. Ela is neither, having proven herself as cunning and intelligent, but seems more than happy to play dumb for fun or her own odd amusement at times. Combined with her martial skills and piracy experienced, she is proven very capable of holding her own as needed, or outdoing opponents in other manners.
Overall, Captain Ela Kira is something of a decent person who's taken to piracy and heists for her own goals and excitement, with no apparent care to enrich herself on a financial level. Whilst she is still very much an issue and a criminal, it's of a better class than most of the more murderous characters. Attempting to get her to work towards our own goals and as an ally might be possible, if not for an apparent backer who already has the strings to pull her out of most arrests and prisons without too much fuss.
Additional note - She dislikes Kowakian monkey-lizards (and some sister species) with some passion and has been known to be openly hostile towards them. Given the nature of Kowakians this isn't a large surprise, however she is seemingly struck with very bad luck when dealing with them. Several escalations involving the creatures have gone poorly for Ela, which only furthers her negative views on them. This only powers the cycle of behaviour towards and from them.
It isn't clear what has caused this dislike to occur beyond the abrasive nature of the average Kowakian, but it seems to be going well in their favour more than Ela's.
