In “Jelly Beans Have Power,” Princess Bubblegum can’t get over her inability to user Candy Elemental powers, especially when Slime Princess is mad proficient at it, squirting booty slime from East Coast to West Coast. A strange symbol allows her to meet Chatsberry in a cosmic consciousness dream. With his guidance, she unlocks her true potential, but at what cost? More troubling, what is Patience St. Pim planning by orchestrating the entire thing? “Jelly Beans Have Power” was a great episode to end on before we transition into the “Islands” miniseries.
