It's funny how I saw r/TartagliaMains absolutely love Kazuha, realised they have good ingame synergy, tried to think of a plausible reason for them to interact, and just went

Childe x Kazuha headcanons!

Chazuha,,,, yeah i accept that v cute ship name 👀👀👀 imma tag them with this from now on when i draw them.

Maybe I'll talk about them some more soon 😊 for now here's some headcanons i have for them so far:

Kazuha is still hung up on Tomo, though he tries to tell himself he's actually just fine with his solitary lifestyle--though he does really love when he's able to travel with Lumi/Aether, and that's probably how he came to know Childe

Childe took an interest in Kazuha because he sees lots of similarities between Kazu and traveler. Kazuha is very quiet and to himself, and so Childe thinks its funny to annoy him. He wants to break Kazuha's calm and cool front and learn more!

Childe also is VERY interested in Kazuha’s raw battle potential. They work so well together as a team. But Childe wants to know who's the better fighter! (Sparring practice, the loser has to bleep -slapped-)

Kazuha thinks Childe is a little annoying on the surface, but he also can see that Childe is a ruthless fighter with little regard for good and evil. Red flags going up left and right, but he sort of likes the attention Childe gives to him...he just doesn't trust him. At all!!!

The two of them also bond over their love for traveler. 😊 (EVERYONE GAY FOR TRAVELER OK)

Imo childe is a fuckin hoe and he likes to flirt with everyone. If/when they have romantic or flirty type situations, Kazuha tends to keep it to himself. He thinks Childe isnt serious at all/plays around too much. Though he wonders why he feels a little jealous sometimes...? Oh well.
