At the beginning of his senior year, Nursey immediately (if unwillingly) realizes two things in quick succession.

The problem with an omgcp live adaptation is that Beyonce's music is so incredibly sacred to the storyline, that if they didn't get the rights to play "Halo" during the zimbits kiss, the entire fandom would denounce the show entirely and we wouldn't get anything else

i’m sure this was just a creative choice right because he’s the only one with pupils but his pupils Dilate when he’s talking to bitty and i think that’s adorable considering the fact that they dilate when you’re talking to someone that gives ur brain the happy juice or whatever it is idk you like them and your eyes go ??!!! anyways look at this

his eyes dilate back down as soon as he looks at kent which shows just so much more emotion than the panels by themselves okay that’s it that’s the post i just think his pupils were a good creative choice this has been an over-analyzation by yours truly

So, Johnson the goalie is basically Tom Bombadil, right? I saw something that said that Tom Bombadil from LOTR was ‘the author’ (not just Tolkien, but the…conceptual author? Like what an author would be like in their own story) because he knew how everything was gonna play out. The ring didn’t affect him and he was super cheerful.

When it comes to Johnson the goalie…. We never see his face, when he talks he seems hyper aware of things, apparently he gets existential when he’s drunk, in one of the tweets Bitty says he talks a lot about comics, and to top it all off he gives Bitty his dibs despite them not having any relationship we can see at all. Johnson gave Bitty his dibs because he knows that Bitty is the main character so he needs to be in the Haus.
