This was pretty fun to do, honestly. And something pretty new, since I never did like five ships in one AMV before. There was lots I wanted to do, but there was so little I could do for just one line per ship ha. Although I’m happy with the result either way. I did an AMV for a couple of ships I haven’t edited for before, Natsuri and Connverse, which I’d say the same for Louebby but. I have, I just haven’t finished it yet haha. I mainly messed with the coloring and the effects, in which I think I found a bit of a new way to do my AMVs now because of me doing so. Some parts I was originally going to do a different ship. Right as I started doing the second ship, I changed it from Fiverweed to Bunnester. Connverse wasn’t suppose to be there at first, that part was for Louebby, but I decided it was better for the line “sickeningly sweet like honey” and Louebby was better for “don’t need money, all I need is you.” The last line I was thinking maybe McGold for that part, but again Louebby fitted the line much better. I tried to use mainly episodes for almost all of the ships, but I felt like a couple of pictures were needed. Which, I thank @8-bit-britt for the Bunnicula art that was used here. And I hope everybody enjoys this as much as I had fun editing it.
‘So legends are told, Some turn to dust or to gold, But you will remember me, Remember me for Centuries’
I know it’s late af, but here have some bittersweet Bunnicula stuff inspired by Fall Out Boy songs.
Bunnicula | Bunnester/Checula | Chester
He was about to let go of the rabbit, but he couldn't help but notice something in his eyes. It left him confused and made him focus on what he was seeing. What he saw was quite unusual, it was nothing like he had known before. It was the very first time he saw such a thing. His reflection in his bright red eyes was different than it usually was. Unlike how it would be if you looked in a mirror, it was... Glowing? A sort of glow that one would expect if they saw a spirit in front of them. It was a blue tinted, glowing version of his reflection. It took Chester a bit to process what he was seeing in his brain. Once it registered it was that he was seeing, he immediately let go of him and ran upstairs out of fear. He swore that Bunnicula was messing with him once again. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now, I'm normally not one for AUs, and it's mostly because that sort of thing doesn't interest me so much. I'm always one to stick as close to the source material as possible. Some AUs, though, catch my eye such as soulmates, and in this case, twin flames. And no they're not the same thing, they're quite different. I didn't know about twin flames until recently. I was listening to the Ghost Town song, Twin Flame, and I looked up twin flames to know the particular way they were using it in that song. Of course it could've just been nothing too special, but that got me to researching it which made me want to create an AU for a ship I liked. I was stuck for an hour in deciding whether it should be for Bunnester/Checula or for Fiverweed. Obviously you can tell which one I went with, looking at the picture here ha. As I was drawing the picture, I decided to actually write a fanfiction about it which you can find right over here: https://www.fanfiction.net/s/12855287/1/Golden-Flames And I wrote this scene after this picture so it could feel like it was going with it, like a set of sorts if that makes sense. If anybody has questions about twin flames and/or the AU itself, go right ahead and ask. I don't mind answering any questions that you have about either one.
Recently @chechula worked on a series of lovely sketches to promote our webcomic The Author’s Apprentice that I will be sharing intermittently!
First up is our young protagonist, Jo Petit! She’s definitely a bit of a bookworm having grown up with her dad who’s a used book dealer. She has no idea what sort of adventure is in store for her! (Or how dangerous some books can be...)

IT’S FINALLY HERE!!!! So excited to announce the release of the webcomic “The Author’s Apprentice.” For about two years @chechula and I have been collaborating on this project, and we’re so proud to finally be able to release it! We loaded the prologue today and will be updating every Friday!
The story follows Johanna Petit whose chance encounter with an unusual book leads to her discovery of the Athenaeum, a mythical library that houses every character and story ever created. Sound like your cup of tea? Please stop by and take a look! :)
