Glass Lollipop

I’m trying to stop chewing on my cheeks. I have scars from that and braces. I literally chew on them unthinkingly a whole awful lot throughout the day.(at night I have plastic retainers that prevent me from sleep chewing) I like gum but it loses its flavor fast. I looked at stim chew toys but um I’m really not comfortable chewing on a rubber thing. Plus I’m personally not a fan of how they look. I’m looking into the underbelly of ebay (because amazon’s search function is literally useless?) in getting a glass lollipop. It’ll keep my mouth busy (so no biting, more time to heal), it won’t wear down or break, and it wont look out of place. (there are literally free lollipops all around campus now)

so when i'm stressed or nervous or anxious i have the tendency to chew on the inside of my cheeks

and sometimes i chew them up pretty raw and bumpy and it's gross but i don't even realize it when i'm doing it

do any of you have that issue or know how to stop??
