These gluten-free pizza bites are perfect for parties or as a snack. They are loaded with gooey cheese, zesty pepperoni, and flavorful seasonings, all on a crispy gluten-free crust.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Warm water and gluten-free pizza crust mix should be mixed together in a bowl. Mix until a dough starts to form. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, roll out the dough until it is about 1/4 inch thick. Put pizza sauce all over the dough in a thin layer. Add some shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce. Spread the pepperoni slices out evenly on top of the cheese layer. On top, sprinkle Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, as well as olive oil. In an oven that has already been heated, bake the crust for 12 to 15 minutes, or until it turns golden brown and the cheese melts and bubbles. Take it out of the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Then cut it into squares that are easy to eat. Enjoy while still warm!
