Ingredients: 1 block tofu, pressed and sliced. 1 cup pineapple chunks. 1/2 cup BBQ sauce. 2 tbsp soy sauce. 1 tbsp olive oil. 1 tsp garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F 200C. In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat tofu slices with the mixture and let marinate for at least 15 minutes. Place marinated tofu slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top each tofu slice with pineapple chunks. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until tofu is golden brown and slightly crispy. Serve hot and enjoy!
