Ingredients: 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 cup milk. 1/4 cup butter. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. In a small saucepan, heat the milk and butter over low heat until the butter is melted. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the minced garlic to the potatoes and mash until smooth. Gradually pour in the warm milk and butter mixture, stirring until well combined. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with additional chopped parsley if desired.
