CHULETAS de CERDO con VERDOLAGAS (Pork chops with purslane) Step by step. •🕐ClockwiseSpiral🕐• Mexican🇲🇽-🇯🇵🇨🇳Asian fusion cuisine. 1.- saute onion and crushed pecans in olive oil. Add powdered garlic & pepper.//saltear cebolla y nueces en trozos. Agregar ajo en polvo y pimienta. 2.- Add purslane and saute for a while.//Agregar verdolagas y saltear un poco. 3.- Add sesame seed oil and oyster sauce to taste. // Agregar aceite de ajonjolí y salsa de ostion para sazonar. 4.- Set purslane sauté aside and pan fry pork chops. // Apartar el salteado de verdolagas y dorar las chuletas. 5.- Place purslane on top and cover with full lid. Turn stove off. // Agregar verdolagas sobre las chuletas. Cubrir con tapa y apagar el fuego. 6.- Enjoy!! 😋 Perfect with some chilly Zinfandel rose.// ¡Disfruta!
