Hello!! I would like to do some fanart for the ship children for each of the kids of the wukongverse except I can't really find some descriptions for some of them, like keto and rahu who I think were only mentioned once(??) Do you by chance have a link for them or a tag?

Of course! I always welcome fanart of my aus or ideas! ^♡^

I'll try to do decent descriptions for all ze babies/fan children.

Lego Monkie Kid - Shadowpeach (multiple aus);

Zàoyīn & Bàoliè/"Rumble & Savage" - tiny black-furred baby monkeys with red face masks + Macaque's dark skin. Get into a lot of havoc despite being the size of marmosets. Develop little red "tiger stripes" on their limbs and tails as they get older. Rumble has natural six-ears.

Yuebei Xing - the baby girl herself and star of the SlowBoiled au. Tiniest black furball ever. Big blue eyes (often caused by eating LBD's soul). And a white skull-shaped face marking. Grows to be much taller than either parent. Here's some super cute fanart done by @teatime-at-4 + teenage Yuebei by @soniclozdplove + an older version of her done in the LMK OC Picrew.

Jidu & Luohuo - born shortly after Yuebei, and named for the lunar nodes/phenomena making them the "Nodelets". Furs are a mix of orange and black like tortoiseshell cats. Both have four purple and orange ears. Very mischievous.

Luzhen - technically Wukong's little brother, depending on the au. Looks like a little clone of him, but with deep blue eyes. Loves music.

Ziqi - newest baby idea. Named for the last Lunar phenomena (Perigee/a supposed "shadow planet") not given a character in Journey to the South. Surprise baby. Pure black (like a shadow) with hazy purple eyes, and face marking.

Monkey King Hero is Back - ReboundedHeroes;

Xiaoyun/"Little Cloud" - born from a mysterious cloud-patterned Stone Egg. Egg was damaged before hatching; causing the right eye, right ear(s), and right arm not to develop correctly. Pure white fluffy fur, like a cloud. Very small and skinny due to being born premature. Very adventurous, gives his parents frequent heart attacks.

Yǔ Sōng & Xuě Bào - Twin girls born sometime into the family's Journey across the kingdoms. Look like little toasted macaroons with six ears each, and violet eyes. Develop their baba's red-auburn when they grow up.

+Shui Lian - Adopted. AU form of the White-Faced Vixen. Due to timeline changes, the "vixen" is rather only a pre-teen kit. Has albinism and is unable to hide her fox ears and tail despite mostly-human form.

Monkey King Reborn - Fruitiedads;

Xiao Qi - Fruitie/Qi Energy reborn as a Stone Monkey egg by sheer willpower. Fur so white it look transparent. Pink skin + pink heart-shaped face marking. Big smiley baby. Looks like a fairytale prince.

Xiao Lü - reincarnation of Yuandi/Primordium created when Nüwa tricked Smokey/SWK into creating a clay figure to house the primordial soul - which became a new stone egg. Pure black fur, light skin, and no noticeable face marking as if yet. Has little grey "shoes" on the fur around her feet - hence the name.

5 False Ginseng Fruit Babies - complete and utter accident on the monkeys part. Smokey tried growing the pit from the Ginseng fruit he ate in hopes that the resulting tree could help reinvigorate the damaged FFM. Liang/LEM watered/tended to the tree while he was gone. It did not in fact bare Ginseng Fruit - but five whole newborn monkey cubs - all named after stone fruits. Current draft of the au places their "fruiting" after the Journey once everyone's come home. More detailed post here.

Lìzhī & Hǎizǎo - Twins. Born at the crux of the Journey. Accidentally delivered inside the Thunderclap Monastery. Look like miniature versions of Smokey, tiny brown furred grumpy things.

+Zhu Yu & Ku Ai / Wood Wolf Siblings - Adopted. The children of Kui Mulang/Revati/Yellow Robed Demon and the Princess Baihuaxiu. After the stray star wolf entity was captured, the Princess wanted nothing to do with her half-wolf children (given that they were conceived in less than ideal circumstances) and the human king wanted them destroyed. The pilgrims take the little werewolves into their group. Older girl and younger boy, both below the age of seven. Mix of brown and grey fur/hair like regular wolf pups. Think the kids from Wolf Children Ami & Yuki.

Monkey King 2023/Netflix - CherryandOliveStones;

Xiaoshi - created when Cherry/SWK wanted to see if he could make "another him" from clay and a pebble after he had learned the story of Nüwa. Clay Egg became a real Stone Egg. Xiaoshi has bright orange fur and light briwn face markings. Rarely doesn't have paint or ink in his fur. Link to some amazing art done by @tsa-smth.

Hǔpò & Zhēnzhū aka "The Pebbles" - natural babies. Look like little clones of their LEM (black fur with white accents) with their dear baba's green eyes.

Luzhen (yes another one) - miniature version of Cherry/SWK. Possible little brother.

New Gods series - Jackpotshipping;

Xiaozhēn - dumpster baby. Possible half-monkey demon. Fluffy brown fur, built like a dad - cus he is one. Is in his 30s demon-wise. Has kids of his own.

Unnamed newborn twins nicknamed "Two Pair" (x) - dark fur and brown eyes. One baby is an attempted changeling - but they aren't sure which one.

Meihouwang 2009 - Peachbuds;

Ketu & Rahu - a pair of twins, one a loose Stone Egg that arrived in a comet, the other an egg formed naturally between the parents (they're all grown up by now ofc). Both have a mix of silver and gold fur, like their parents when they were younger. Rahu has six ears. Here's the post you mentioned!

Smash Legends - FabledConnections;

No definite kids, but I'd imagine they'd be a mix of black and white fur. Like tuxedo cats.

No kids planned for the 1999/2000 Legends cartoon pair (yet)

The truth is I got a little sad reading that, but then my mind went a little random and I imagined this:

Basically you can see Swk and Lem hugging each other lovingly, then the red-haired ape separates a little and looks into the other's eyes and say:

"Can I suck your chaest?"

"Wha-"

Referencing this post about orphan monkey behavior seen in SWKs.

Short answer: YUP.

Long answer: Ultimately it would be another form of intimacy shared between two mates. Pretty much all the LEMs are aware that their Wukong was essentially an orphan, and after some confusion (or an indignant slap from some) they would be ok with it. It also makes them adoringly-smug to see the powerful Monkey King resting against their chest like a cub - its an extreme show of trust.

Godspeed to the SWKs who ask their mate that question when they're currently nursing a baby (like Zhanshi or Liang).

The monkey king wonders if this is how he dies.

Another fun fact, I believe for macaques when they find a partner(male) they are attracted to the darker skinned ones.

So with that monkey but fact you said, LEM is the one that gets all the bitches(Wukong only)

Sun Wukong maybe the "Handsome Monkey King", but the Six Eared Macaque has always been "the hot one" multiple-ears or no ears.

Thankfully for the Wukongs in the Wukongverse, their LEMs are only really interested in their respective SWKs.

Oh no! Macaque has been kidnapped! What do each of the monkeys do? (Assuming the kidnapper is actually powerful enough to pose a threat)

In the case of an equal threat, like say the Demon of Havoc or similar.

Peach and Dawn mobilize the troops (ie. the Monkie Kid gang and co.) to track down Plum and Dusk's locations and raze the place to the ground. They might get caught by a few villain traps along the way cus of the tunnel-vision. The LEM's are constantly trying to escape. Lots of hugs and kissing follows once they find eachother.

Dasheng would have a second of disbelief... then fly into a screaming rage flying towards the kidnapper's location. He's lost Zhanshi before, he'll never lose her again! Zhanshi similarly is clawing and biting her whole way through the whole situation. The pair kiss deeply in the aftermath of fighting, and have to avert the gaze of any little-monks or pig demons in what follows after.

Smokey gets so mad he nearly tears up the ransom note/messenger right then and there. His fellow pilgrims are the ones to calm him down long enough to form an escape plan. Liang meanwhile is boredly checking his lantern, knowing that his kidnapper is in for a world of hurt. Liang makes a snarky comment once Smokey busts on in, but quickly drags his mate closer for a relieved kiss once he sees the tears of worry in the king's eyes.

Cherry gets real quiet. Like scary quiet. He just gets on Stick and zips silently over to where Olive is being kept, and busts his mate out of there. The second Olive is ok, Cherry turns his attention to the kidnapper and without theatrics' smashes them with Stick. Afterwards he spends hours crying from overwhelming relief/worry. He thinks his brain "turned off Monkey King-mode" in the face of potentially losing his mate. Olive in contrast begins stuttering and sobbing in the aftermath, wanting nothing but to be held by his mate. It's a mega stressful situation overall.

Ace drops his cup of coffee in surprise. Calls up Yunxiang and explains the situation. Within minutes the kidnapper has a flaming motorcycle crashing through the wall and a furious masked monkey clawing at his face. Joker and Ace cant stop laugh-crying with relief when they reunite, foreheads pressed against one another.

Shihou is like Cherry in that his normally bright personality is quieted in the face of losing his mate. Shihou has experienced so many threats trying to take Mihou away from him, but this time it feels "different". Gets all his friends mobilized to help. It's a full on knight-in-shining-armor scenario for him and Mihou (who many joke is like Princess Peach in the Meihouwang series). Big dramatic kissing occurs once Shihou and Mihou reunite.

Sugar gets really nervous and jittery, even as he forms the rescue plan. Spice is his shadow, his other half. He can't imagine his life without them anymore. His pilgrims are a big help in figuring out how to save Spice, calling upon favors from past allied gods to help. They hug eachother tight, even if the battle isn't quite finished.

Starfruit starts screaming and runs to the different factions in the Library - raising the alarm that Lilac/"The Six Eared Macaque" has been kidnapped. His friends and fellow heroic characters rush to aide his mission - including Lilac's villainous allies. Starfruit glares at those who ask why he's sticking his neck out for "a villain" of his story. I imagine that Lilac's fan-following oddly helps in pin-pointing where he was last seen/where his phone tracker died. Afterwards I imagine both monkeys go off-grid for a while just to bask in eachother's presences.

Out of genuine curiosity, will JackpotShipping or CherryandOliveStones get more kids? Other than their own respective MKs and Luzshens.

If they don't it's fine, just wanted to ask.

Jackpotshipping is unlikely. They've gone through the hassle of raising their "MK" and currently are trying to take care of Luzhen. Honestly they're happy with Li Yunxiang and their kids. Unless they find another freebie in the trash/dumped on them by the gods, then they're unlikely to make any more. Street orphans are negotiable.

CherryandOliveStones though? After they've figured out that they can make kids together (naturally and through clay-egg-projects), they would def plan for more. Cherry would think aloud like;

Cherry, holding baby Xiaoshi: "Man, I'm gonna be so bummed when the Pebble is too big to be carrying around like this." :( Olive, light-heartedly: "True... but once he's large enough and running around on his own two feet, we can think about making him a little sibling for us to carry." Cherry, geniune shock: "WE CAN MAKE MORE!?" :D!!

So yeah, the moment any empty-nest feelings kick in; Cherry and Olive are doing terrible things Ghost (1990)-style and making more baby monkeys. Xiaoshi probably gets slammed with the news of a baby sibling(s) when he's like... a toddler cus his parents could barely hold themselves back.

After the birth of Pebbles 2 & 3 (carried by either parent); The rest of the Pilgrims become suspicious whenever the adult monkeys are left alone for more than a few minutes.

Zhu Bajie, hearing noises away from the campfire: "Hey! You two best not be making another baby over there!" Cherry and Olive: *actually picking berries* "No promises!" "What a great idea though!"

Also; Cherry did not know baby monkeys could come in multiples. So when he learned that TWO BABIES were coming his eye lasers went off in joy and took out the roof of the palace they were crashing at.

Names of twin Pebbles undecided.

It varies from universe

LMK/Plum: "Oh no~ how could I compete with... nah I'm mad. Get your ass over here!" *starts causing havoc* Starts off confident and cool, but he's secretly a very jealous monkey. 100% down for loud PDA with his Peach.

HeroIsBack/Zhanshi: *short evil chuckle* "Meet me in the Pit." Quick to murder-violence like his mate. Their idea of PDA involves doing unholy acts in a pool of their respective love rivals' blood.

Reborn/Liang: "Huh?! You know thats not gonna work on my Wukong." *splays self out over Smokey's lap* "He's a married man after all." >;3 Lots of posturing and pda, might loudly walk on scene with Xiao Qi to get his point across.

Netflix/Olive: "Die." Gets really cold (colder than usual) to the love rival, and is loudly confrontational to them infront of Cherry. Has no interest in beating around the emotional bush.

NewGods/Joker: "Just try, hun. It took this man hundreds of years to get a flirty joke I told him back in the Qin dynasty." *drinks wine* Has zero fear.

Meihouwang/Mihou: "I'm fine I guess." *is crying inside* Starts doing pda to Shihou to scare off love rivals unconciosuly.

2000sCartoon/Spice: *loud sobbing coming from the shadows* Makes his concerns known immediately to Ganzhe. Is the one to get the quickest reassurance. Clings to his Wukong afterwards.

Smash/Lilac: "Uh yeah. Ain't happening." Posts a bunch of happy domestic tweets + a new "hands off manstealer" track before the love rival can come close to his bf.
