Ingredients: 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed. 2 large eggs. 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup semisweet chocolate chunks. 1 cup milk chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chunks and chocolate chips. Spread the cookie dough evenly into the prepared baking pan.
