Unlike everyone who either had a day off or worked for few hours then left, Minwoo had to work the whole day. the safety of the country came first and it meant all the employees in ATHENA had to report to work as usual. Yet, even in a place where humans hardly act humane, the conversations were all about their families and preparations for the harvest festival.
Aside from the noise of the air conditioner, the office was trapped in a complete silence, everyone had left and Minwoo was the last to leave the office. He was relieved when they left because the constant talks about the ominous day was making him sick. To many, the mythology revolving the festival held no significant meaning. He answered the call while waiting for the traffic light to change color to green.
