ATLA MILF MONTH 2025 will happen in MARCH! We'd like to present writers and artists 5 prompts per week, so that everybody can work with something that resonates with them.

You've submitted more than a hundred prompts! To choose the best ones, we held 10 polls with 12 options each. The 2 most voted options in each poll will be included in the prompt list, but there were some ties, so now we need you to vote again!

The polls will happen between September 15th to September 30th 2024. The winning prompts will be announced on October 1st, so creators will have six months to prepare their contributions. Runner up prompts will be included in a Mother's Day Special, in May 2025. Some prompts have already been selected for the Mother's Day event and thus were not included in the polls.

Okay okay hear me out....

MHA fic prompt were a Quirkless!Midoriya from an alternate universe never gets OFA and instead, he trains hell hard and develops a quirk blocking martial art form like Ty Lee's chi-blocking, gets into UA and is gunning to become a little badass underground hero under Aizawa tutelage.

And then one day during a villain fight he gets hit with a quirk that sends him to the cannon verse, where he just fucks around with cannon class 1A for a couple of days until his friends can get him back.

Mostly I just want to read a practice fight scene between cannon class 1A and badass quirkless!Deku, were he just hands then all they ass with his wicked fighting skills and they are all shook.

(I feel like he would have an epic hero costume full of dope support gear him and hatsume drempt up. Like carbon fibre body armour, maybe mixed with something insulating to protect against temp and electricity quirks like Todoroki and Kaminari. And something similar to Aizawa's capture weapon or her grappling hooks so he can swing around like Sero. Maybe some kind of mask to protect his identity, which then doubles as a resperator or something cool like that. Smoke bombs, taser gauntlets like black widow, some kind of distorsion gear that interferes with sounds based quirks like Jiros, maybe goggles with night vision. Ah there's so many cool possibilities.)

🌸 Is Ty Lee an air nomad? 🔥

Something I noticed is that the variability in the effects of Ty Lee’s chi blocking. At the extreme end, one pinch took down Katara.

Usually you’ll notice two strikes (paralyzing Sokka’s arms in “The Chase,” as well as her takedown of Azula in “The Boiling Rock pt 2”).

Or three (against that one member of the Terra Team in “The Drill” or her simultaneous takedown of Sokka and Toph in “The Crossroads of Destiny.”)

And then there’s Ty Lee against that one Kyoshi Warrior.

Umm, apparently coming at Ty Lee with a sword gets you five strikes? (Assuming there’s a connection to the number of strikes and duration, Ty Lee wanted that Kyoshi Warrior to stay down.)

Ty Lee Is Underappreciated

Can we please talk more about how absolutely, incredibly awesome ty lee is? Personally, I don’t feel like I see enough discourse on her (other then it being related to her being azula’s gf, which is a convo for another time). But DAMN!!

First off, she was scary as hell. Like sis owned everyone she fought

MA’AM dominated the battle field and we love to see it

The thing that’s great is that while yes she’s a badass, she’s also arguably the girliest and bubbliest character in the show.

She is the perfect example of femininity and power coenciding with one another. While most media or shows would either make femininity being associated with weakness, atla does the exact opposite with ty lee’s character.

And the best part is, is that she is a nuanced character, something many miss. She is actually very intuitive and intelligence, and also not afraid to stand up for herself.

Excuse the low quality photo, but when everyone was shitting on her simply for being her girly and extroverted self, she didn’t back down. She owned who she is despite everyone around her shaming her for it, and I think that is someone who is a great role model for young women and girls.

She also stands up for herself but telling these boys to fuck off, which is great.

Like I said, ty lee is also underratingly intelligent, like we thought this whole time Azula was manipulating ty lee, but it was the other way around. Yes, obviously Azula manipulating her into joined her group, but because she is intelligent and doesn’t want to be harmed, ty lee did her best to seem like she would never, EVER betray Azula. And DAMN, you can see how shocked Azula is that ty lee betrayed her.

Azula, one of the smartest people in atla, didn’t see it coming.

Point is, don’t leave Ty Lee out of the discourse. Like every character in atla, she is also complex. Andshe’salsoadorablehowcanyounotloveher

I like to think Azula and Mai know the basics of chi blocking, they’re just not a tenth as good at using it during actual combat situations as Ty Lee is.

PART 7: Mallory Keen as a chiblocker

I have no particular reason for this decision, but Mallory had chiblocker vibes for me idk... maybe because her benefits in battle were agility and great aim.

For her backstory, she was attacked by a combustion bender (she died from a bomb explosion in the books) and then learned to chiblock to defend herself more effectively. Also imagine the power floor 19 would have if they have someone who can take away bending, even though it’s temporary.

Can anyone in avatar universe learn the art of chi blocking? Imagine that Ty Lee tried to chi block Azula but the latter pulled the reverse card lmao

Well, it doesn't involve any bending, just knowledge of the human body and of martial arts so they'll know where/how to strike the person, so I think anyone could learn it.

Also yeah, that'd be hilarious XD
