Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 1 cup coconut milk. 2 ripe bananas, mashed. 1/4 cup chopped nuts walnuts, almonds, or pecans. 2 tablespoons chia seeds. 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional. 1 teaspoon cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon salt. Fresh berries for topping.
Instructions: Almond flour, coconut milk, mashed bananas, chia seeds, chopped nuts, honey or maple syrup, if desired, cinnamon, and salt should all be combined in a saucepan. Cook for five to seven minutes, stirring frequently, over medium heat, or until the mixture thickens to the desired consistency. Take off the heat and allow to cool a little. Spoon the porridge into serving dishes, then garnish with the fresh berries. Enjoy and warm up!
