This One-Pot Chicken Florentine Pasta is a creamy and comforting dish that comes together quickly in just one pot, making cleanup a breeze. Tender chicken, vibrant spinach, and juicy cherry tomatoes combine with fettuccine pasta in a luscious Parmesan cream sauce.
Ingredients: 1 lb chicken breast, diced. 8 oz fettuccine pasta. 2 cups spinach, chopped. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 onion, diced. 2 cups chicken broth. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Warm up the olive oil in a big pot over medium-high heat. Season the diced chicken breast with salt and pepper, then cook until all sides are browned. Put minced garlic and diced onion in the pot and saut them until the onion is soft and smells good. The fettuccine pasta, spinach, cherry tomatoes, and chicken broth should all be mixed in. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat so it doesn't boil over. Cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the pasta is done and the liquid is gone. Put heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese into the pan. Mix everything together and heat it all the way through. Add fresh parsley on top and serve hot.

Chicken Florentine Pasta Bake has penne pasta, juicy tomatoes, bright spinach, and tender chicken. It is all covered in a creamy cheese sauce and baked until it is golden brown.
Ingredients: 8 oz penne pasta. 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced. 2 cups fresh spinach leaves. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add diced chicken breasts to the skillet. Season with dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes. Add spinach leaves and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Cook until spinach is wilted and tomatoes are softened, about 2-3 minutes. Stir in cooked penne pasta and heavy cream. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly. Remove skillet from heat and stir in half of the shredded mozzarella cheese and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Serve hot and enjoy!

In this classic Chicken Florentine recipe, you can enjoy the richness of the creamy sauce with the tender chicken breasts and bright spinach. Great for a filling dinner during the week or for a special event.
Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 cup chicken broth. 1 cup heavy cream. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 4 cups fresh spinach. 1 teaspoon lemon zest. 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg.
Instructions: Add salt and pepper to the chicken breasts. Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat. It will take about 6-7 minutes per side for the chicken breasts to turn golden brown after you add them. Take it out and set it aside. Put minced garlic in the same pan and cook for one minute. Add the chicken broth and let it cook for two minutes. Lemon zest, nutmeg, heavy cream, and spinach should all be mixed in. About 5 minutes of cooking will make the sauce thicker and the spinach wilt. Add the chicken back to the pan and cover it with sauce. Add two to three more minutes of cooking time until the chicken is fully heated through. Serve hot, and if you want, top with more Parmesan cheese.

This recipe makes a tasty pasta dish with charred cherry tomatoes, tender chicken, fresh spinach, and fragrant basil. Served with herb butter breadcrumbs on top to make it crunchier and add more flavor.
Ingredients: 8 oz pasta. 2 chicken breasts, sliced. 2 cups cherry tomatoes. 2 cups baby spinach. 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 2 tablespoons butter. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon dried parsley. Grated parmesan cheese for serving.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the pasta. Remove the water and set it aside. Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-high heat. It will take about 4 to 5 minutes on each side for the chicken slices to turn golden brown after you add them. Take the chicken out of the pan and set it aside. Put cherry tomatoes in the same pan. It will take about 5 to 6 minutes of cooking until they start to burst and char. For an extra one to two minutes, until the garlic smells good, add the minced garlic. Put the chicken back in the pan. Chopped basil and baby spinach should be added. Add pepper and salt. In about two to three minutes, the spinach should wilt. In a different small pan, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Put in dried oregano, thyme, and parsley, along with the bread crumbs. It will take about 34 minutes of stirring often cooking until the breadcrumbs are golden and crispy. To serve, mix the cooked pasta with the chicken, tomato, and spinach. Add ground Parmesan cheese and herb butter breadcrumbs on top. Have fun!
