Some chicken hash. Wish I had some duck eggs. My normal chicken hash is different. Today I had defrosted some herbed red potatoes and Brussel sprouts and black beans and needed to use them all up. So, I sautéed onions which also needed using, bell pepper, mixed all together and shredded some roasted chicken I'd already had (usually I'd make but this was some from a lazy girls cooking for one supper of salad and grocery roasted whole chicken), placed the chicken and black beans on top and then eggs and popped into the oven.
