𝙂𝙞𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙙 🥖 This week I got to try out a Schnitzel DIY kit from @johnny.schnitzel. It’s called the JS Special and it’s a chicken Schnitzel with lemon & crushed pepper, Lollo Bionda lettuce, mild Cheddar cheese, homemade crunchy coleslaw, and mayo, served in ciabatta bread. The kit comes with the ingredients to buy 2, and they are BIG. So big that I actually recommend you only put 1 bit of chicken in each ciabatta and save the rest for another meal. I eat like a horse and this was even a struggle for me. But I liked it! Let me know if I’m wrong @johnny.schnitzel but I’m pretty sure it’s only £20 for the kit, which is great value for how big they are. I recommend to get your chicken really crispy. I did mine for the recommended time but it probably could have done with another 5 minutes. I’m not usually a coleslaw fan but it went great with this, and you didn’t need much more than that, cheese, lettuce and mayo. . . . . . #schnitzel #chickenschnitzel #chickensandwich #chickenburger #sando #sandwich #chicken #london #londonfood #londoneats #londonist #londonlife #londonfoodie #londonfoodblog #timeoutlondon #foodporn #friedchickensandwich #foodphotooftheday #lunchideas #friedchicken #ciabatta #ciabattabread (at Myddeltons Delicatessen) https://www.instagram.com/p/CMWpST6HsEi/?igshid=16wtg6esl0ixh
