梅ヶ丘「キッチン南海」で、チキンカツ定食ライス大盛。 サクサクうまうま。 これだあ、東池袋「キッチン南海」で食べたあのチキンカツ。 貧乏で貧乏で、湯に小麦粉溶いて火にかけて塩で味付けして、「グスコーブドリスープ」と称して食事にしてたバブル時代、金がある時の楽しみだった「キッチン南海」のチキンカツ定食!こんな味だったよなあ。高円寺「キッチン南海」さんのでっかいチキンカツも美味いんだけど、なんか違うんだよねえ。 90年代末、阿佐ヶ谷「キッチンすもり」さんのチキンカツもこんな感じだったなあ。スジがなくってサクっとした歯応えで、ソースを少なめに垂らして食べると美味いんだよねえ。そんなに強い味でもないんだけど、ライスのお供に最高のチキンカツ。 おいしかった。 このところろくでもないことばかりつづいているんで、こう言うもん食えるとホントに嬉しいなあ。 しあわせ。 I had a breaded chicken set meal with large rice at Kitchen Nankai in Umegaoka.
