Ingredients: 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt, to taste.
Instructions: In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Put the chickpeas in the pan and cook them for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring them every now and then, until they begin to get crispy. On top of the chickpeas, mix together the garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt. Cover evenly with the sauce and cook for one to two more minutes. Take it off the heat and serve it hot.
