Gamorrean Guard: The Gamorrean Guard is just the most dependable of vintage Star Wars action figures. They're fat, green and pig-faced but (like Weebles) these figures just don't fall down. They are sturdy, flat footed, sandal wearers who can stand on their own two feet whilst your other vintage Star Wars action figures engage in a game of galactic dominoes. What's more, even with age, the Gamorrean Guard figure suffers from very little paint loss which is concentrated mostly around the horns. Let's hear it for the Gamorrean Guard, perhaps the most underrated action figure in the entire Kenner canon. Chief Chirpa: Because the Chief Chirpa action figure was the plainest of all the Kenner Ewoks released he quickly became the de facto generic army builder for scene on Endor, and stood in for just about every other Ewok in The Return of the Jedi except for the ones we had figures for. Chief Chirpa would be set to task manning the Ewok Catapult or Glider, throwing spears at Imperial Stormtroopers or just standing around in the Ewok Village Playset making up the numbers. Logray (Medicine Man): The Kenner action figure of the medicine man Logray is a slightly taller than the rest of his tribe and comes with vertical stripes and three accessories; his shaman's headdress (on the peak of which is some prehistoric looking bird or other), Logray's feathered staff and his pouch or bag. In the Kenner range of action figures there is a trend towards them having more accessories and removable items as the films progress with more figures from The Return of the Jedi tending to have more accessories than in previous releases. Luckily with the Kenner Logray figure the accessories weren't that easy to lose being on the larger side and being of shapes that were less likely to fall through small gaps than a blaster or rifle.
