...There is no love triangle between Ed/Stede and Izzy. Ed doesn't love Izzy. He doesn't want Izzy. He doesn't even like Izzy.

And by the show's own definition of love, Izzy doesn't love Ed. They don't pass the time together well. Izzy doesn't get Ed's idiosyncrasies (and in fact tries to suppress/control them). Izzy doesn't encourage Ed to try new things.

Izzy is possessive, yes, but it is not love. It is toxic, abusive possession rooted in racism (believing he, the white man, should have power of a man of color).

A love triangle means a triangle. There's no triangle. Izzy's "feelings" (which are abusive possessiveness, not love) are unrequited--Ed will never, ever fucking want or love him back. Especially not after Izzy, you know, threatened to murder him for being vulnerable and emotional.

First of all, the creators of ofmd already told us that Izzy is in love with Ed and is watching himself lose his work partner. Izzy don't have other relationship with Blackbeard, just as much as Cha-cha don't have one with Hazel.

Ed hates Izzy??? At times, yes. But if it was true, he would've left Izzy leave by the end of the fourth episode, dear lol

Love triangle doesnt mean the main character wants two people, it means that there are two people "courting" him. In Eds case, Stede and Izzy, in his possessive and sick way. In Hazel's case, Agnes and Cha-cha, who tries to control him and threaten him, just like Izzy.

Just as much as Izzy tries to kill stede to get Blackbeard, the pirate, his partner to go back to how things were, Cha-cha kidnaps Agnes and is going to kill her after Hazel left her.

A/N - I don’t think this is quite what you requested and so i apologise for that but it is something. Short and sweet. My requests are temporarily open again. 

Sat on a bar stool, you sipped on the drink he ordered and you just politely accepted. He continued to strike up a conversation and you felt like you at least owed him that much for the drink. It wasn't like he was a stranger after all and you didn't mind the company. He was... interesting. Very serious. A little humorous when he wants to be. He droned on about his training, even threw a few compliments your way. Apparently, he was impressed by how well you had been doing in training. Your conversation was interrupted when a particular girl decided to charge her way over. You glanced in her direction with a warm smile. She didn't say anything. Didn't smile back. Her lips collided with yours in a rough and unexpected embrace. You froze for a moment but soon melted into it; reaching up to pull her closer just as she decided to back away. You stared back at her, your mind trying to figure out what was happening. Your thoughts were quickly interrupted by Yon-Rogg's voice.

"Oh! I, uh, I didn't realise you two were-"

"We are." Minn-Erva interrupted firmly;  an arm placed around your shoulders. Pulling you closer to her chest. "So back of,"

Your head briefly fell to her shoulder. "Chill babe, he was just being nice."

"He was flirting." She growled. "He's always flirting with you."

"Not... always." You plant a gentle kiss against her cheek in hopes of calming her down. Minn-Erva was sweet on rare occasions but she was also vastly protective. It really wasn't hard to make her jealous and you knew it wasn't essentially her fault. She can't control how she feels but sometimes you wish she was just a little calmer about the entire thing.

"I was just being friendly." He insisted with a small shrug.

"No, you weren't." She fired back, glancing towards you. "He doesn't know how to be friendly."

You chuckle a little. "Stop being mean."

"Is it mean if it's true?" Minn-erva shrugged a little.

"Maybe she wants to talk to me?" Yon-Rogg insisted.

Minn-Erva removed her arm from around you and glanced in your direction for a reply. Your hands went up in surrender. "Don't put me in the middle of your petty squabbles."

She reached for your hand and you slipped off the bar stool. Following her as she leads you away. You glanced back to yon-rogg. Flashing him a genuine sympathetic look.

"Are you mad at me?" You ask as you walk out the door of the bar and she drops your hand. "I didn't do anything wrong here so I don't see-"

"I know." She interrupted softly, turning to look at you. "I'm not mad, Y/N."

"Then what's wrong? Why did you drag me away? We were just talking babe, he thinks I'm making great progress"

She smiled briefly before dropping her gaze. "I just don't like him and I think he has a thing for you."

"So?" You question. Taking both her hands in yours and pulling her closer. "You trust me right?"

She nodded and looked back in your direction. "Then you have nothing to worry about. There is only one person in the galaxy for me."

"Me?"

"Of course I mean you." You lean forward and place a soft kiss against her forehead. "So you wanna go back in and rub our relationship in his face?"

She didn't answer but the smirk on her lips was very telling. Tonight was gonna be fun.
