Ingredients: 2 racks of baby back ribs. 1/2 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup hoisin sauce. 1/4 cup honey. 3 tablespoons rice vinegar. 2 tablespoons oyster sauce. 2 tablespoons Chinese five-spice powder. 1 tablespoon minced garlic. 1 tablespoon grated ginger. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish.
Instructions: Set the oven to 325F 163C before you start cooking. Salt and pepper the ribs and put them on a baking sheet. Turn the ribs over once during the two hours of baking. To make the sauce, put soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, oyster sauce, Chinese five-spice powder, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil in a bowl and mix them together. Spread a lot of the marinade on the ribs, but save some to baste them later. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. For 10 to 15 minutes, bast the ribs with the marinade you saved and turn them over every so often until they are charred and cooked all the way through. Take the ribs off the grill and let them rest for a while. Cut the ribs along the bones and put them on a platter to serve. Put chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top. Enjoy your tasty Restaurant Style Chinese BBQ Ribs while they're still hot!
