Jay Robb's 3 Day Fruit Protein and Veggie Diet

Havent posted in SO long forgive me!!!!! However, I still appreciate those who come to me for fitness advice and for still being interested in my fitness blog!!! I love super psyched ppl who are ready to be fit or keep fit!!! I EFFIN LOVE IT!!! Soooo - I have so much to update with this blog!
Let's start with NOW:
I am starting the Jay Robb 3 day Fruit Diet (www.JayRobb.com) - I was looking for an alternate cleanse to do to jumpstart me into my lifestyle change!!! I am preparing to eat reallllly clean - I'm going into The Ab Diet after this!! It's not sooo much a diet..it's more of a way of life to a way of eating - still eating 6 meals a day but eating reallly reallly clean - lots of live foods (raw veggies and such). Lots of foods cause bloating and I have an issue with that and The Ab Diet helps reduce that with providing the right foods to eat.
So back to this 3 day Fruit Cleanse...I've researched it and you can possibly lose up to 9 pounds - NOW i do NOT need to lose so much weight but in order for me to get as lean as possible and for my muscles in my tummy to POP i need to leaaann out REAL good and this is a great way to do it! PROTEIN and FRUIT and VEGGIES what more could you ask for lol.
I saw a News Channel from Baltimore do a special on this Cleanse and one of the reporters did the challenge and lost 4lbs.! So it works!!! Along with other success stories - I'm pretty optimistic about this. Plus it isn't all strange concoctions like The Master Cleanse which has you running to the damn bathroom - dont NOBODY have time to be diarrheaing on themselves in public lol.
So Day 1:
From 8am - 4pm every 2 hours you drink a Whey Protein (the protein drink should NOT contain artificial flavors and other things - best one to get is Jay Robbs protein powder that I found in GNC!!! awesome - didnt have to order it online and it costs $25!)
Drink a glass of water an hour after you drink the shake so if you drink the shake at 8, do water at 9, shake at 10, water at 11..and so on
Then at 6pm you eat a rawww salad - no dressing - the dressing should consist of avocado a tbs of olive oil and a half squeezed lemon or lime and only for the first day can you have a lean protein in your salad (turkey breast, chicken breast, fish, beef, egg)
For the rest of the 2 days, go to this website (http://www.wbaltv.com/r/10281092/detail.html) - it is the News website that actually tried out the Cleanse. They provided a list of ingredients you need as well as the schedule!!! Sooo tomorrow I start Day 1 and I'm so excited to get these toxins out of my body, shed some water poundage and get lean and trim - we will see how this goes...!!!!
