Chip-Chan is a mysterious woman who creates live streams in South Korea. Chip-Chan has been making live-streams for the past decade and has multiple cameras in her apartment. Her viewers can watch her 24/7 and she never seems to leave her apartment. She believes that she has been implemented with a microchip and that she is being watched by a police officer named “P”. Her apartment is filled with odd handwritten signs and she often sleeps 12 hours a day. She appears to be in poor health and her sleeping positions range from being on the floor or upright in a chair, usually I’m uncomfortable positions. Her internet mystery was noticed in 2008 by a 4chan user who stumbled across her stream and thought she was dead, due to her odd sleeping positions. Many theories about her have popped up over the years. Some believe that she is doing a social experiment but other believe she has a serious mental illness.
