too much chocolate
I admit I do have an addiction -- not being able to have a bite of chocolate makes me nervous to the point of itchy skin and chewing fingernails.
I don’t have a problem with eating too much at one time -- no more than one square per meal. Although that is breakfast lunch teatime and dinner ... so a few ounces (50gr or so) per day ... break off one square, put the rest back for next time ...
What got me thinking today is that I straightened out the snack box by my chair. I have 7 open chocolate bar packages:
Ritter Marzipan dark
Ritter Cornflake -- don’t laugh, it’s surprisingly good!
Ritter Johannisbeer Streusel
Ghirardelli Hazelnut dark
Delish Tropical white -- ugh, that doesn’t count as chocolate even if the mango and pineapple are tasty
Raley’s Olive Oil dark -- also surprisingly good
Chocolate Always Almond dark
It’s okay, they’re not going to spoil, not going to make a mess, not going to entice me to a particularly unhealthy binge.
But that seems like too much, too many open wrappers.
I don’t think I’m in control here.
