Ingredients: 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk. 1/4 cup raw cacao butter. 2 tablespoons raw honey or maple syrup. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pinch of sea salt. Optional: Cinnamon or nutmeg for garnish.
Instructions: Coconut milk should be heated in a saucepan over medium heat without boiling. Add the cacao butter to the heated coconut milk, grating or chopping it into small pieces and stirring until it melts completely and blends thoroughly. Stir in vanilla extract, a small pinch of sea salt, and raw honey or maple syrup. Stir until the sweetener dissolves. Transfer the hot chocolate blend into cups and, if preferred, top with a dash of nutmeg or cinnamon. Enjoy and serve right away!
