I had a customer order these for her staff as a first day of school treat. It’s a small, private school, and their school colors are blue and white. I thought it was super thoughtful of admin to do this for their staff.

The top ones are yellow cupcakes with vanilla buttercream, and the bottom photo are gluten-free chocolate cupcakes with chocolate buttercream

This cake is for my aunt’s birthday. It’s a triple layer 6” chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream, topped with chocolate ganache. I’ve been wanting to try a ribbon border and am happy with how this one turned out. It adds some cheeriness and color to it.

It is my aunt’s birthday today so I made chocolate cupcakes with homemade caramel filling, and then iced them with chocolate buttercream. I had a few extra and just split one with the babysitter. Goodness, the caramel was soooooo good!

Here is the bulldozer cake I made for my newly turned six year old. You know how he loves heavy machinery. I put his name on the blade. This is the first shaped cake I’ve done. It’s chocolate cake baked in loaf and square pans. The yellow icing is vanilla buttercream, and the black icing is dark chocolate buttercream. The blade is a Hershey bar, and the tracks are made from Kit Kat bars. I’m pretty happy with how it turned out.

Today I have lemon cupcakes filled with lemon curd and iced with lemon buttercream heading out to a customer along with chocolate cupcakes filled with raspberry curd and iced with raspberry sparkling wine buttercream.

I made this golf cake for a birthday teen turning 17. It was so fun to make!

This chocolate peanut butter cake is going out to a customer this morning. I’m really happy with how it turned out.
