Savor the delightful fusion of vanilla cream and chocolate with these freshly made doughnuts. Ideal as a sweet treat at any time of day or for breakfast!
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp baking soda. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup buttermilk. 1/4 cup vegetable oil. 1 large egg. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/4 cup hot water. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 4 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Sprinkles for decoration.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a doughnut pan. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, combine buttermilk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Add the hot water and mix until the batter is smooth. Fill each doughnut cavity about 2/3 full with the batter. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into a doughnut comes out clean. Let the doughnuts cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped semisweet chocolate and vanilla extract until smooth. Dip each cooled doughnut into the chocolate ganache and let excess drip off. Place the dipped doughnuts back on the wire rack and immediately sprinkle with powdered sugar and sprinkles. Allow the ganache to set for a few minutes, and enjoy!

Indulge in the rich and creamy goodness of homemade chocolate ice cream. This recipe combines the classic flavors of cocoa and vanilla for a decadent frozen treat that's perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream. 1 cup whole milk. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 4 large egg yolks. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate optional.
Instructions: In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, sugar, and cocoa powder. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture is hot but not boiling. In a separate bowl, whisk egg yolks until slightly thickened. Slowly pour about 1/2 cup of the hot cream mixture into the egg yolks, whisking constantly. Pour the egg mixture back into the saucepan with the remaining cream mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens slightly and coats the back of a spoon, about 5-7 minutes. Do not boil. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt. If desired, stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth. Transfer mixture to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap, pressing it directly onto the surface of the mixture to prevent a skin from forming. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight. Once chilled, pour mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer's instructions, usually about 20-25 minutes. Transfer churned ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for an additional 2-3 hours, or until firm. Serve scoops of creamy chocolate ice cream and enjoy!

The delicious flavors of pure chocolate, milk chocolate, and vanilla come together in this fancy layer cake, making it a real treat. It's perfect for special occasions!
Ingredients: 200g boter. 200g suiker. 4 eieren. 200g bloem. 2 tl bakpoeder. 2 tl vanille-extract. 4 el cacaopoeder. 100g pure chocolade, fijngehakt. 100g melkchocolade, fijngehakt. 100g witte chocolade, fijngehakt. Snufje zout.

These Oh my GOD! cupcakes are a heavenly treat for your taste buds because they taste like a mix of chocolate and vanilla.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 cup whole milk. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/4 cup hot water. 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Instructions: Warm up your oven to 350F 175C and put cupcake liners in a muffin tin. Mix the cocoa powder and hot water in a small bowl with a whisk until the mixture is smooth. Wait for it to cool down. Mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt together in a medium-sized bowl using a whisk. Put away. Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar in a different bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. One at a time, add the eggs and beat well after each one. Add the vanilla extract and mix well. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing them in with the milk every so often. Start with the dry ingredients and end with the milk. Don't mix any further than that. Split the batter in half. One half should be mixed with the cocoa mix, and the other half should be mixed with chocolate chips. Divide the cupcake liners in half. Fill one half with vanilla batter and the other half with chocolate batter. After the oven is hot, bake the cupcakes for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. For a few minutes, let the cupcakes cool in the muffin tin. Then, move them to a wire rack to cool completely. You can frost your Oh my GOD! cupcakes with your favorite frosting or eat them plain after they're cool. Serve and have fun!
