Is this how you roll?
Tonight's delight, containing actual vegetables and all: Some low spoons half-assed chow fun, thrown together mostly out of freezer stuff.
Including a quickly fried then chopped up and thrown back in plain beef patty, a handful of broccoli florets cut up smaller, and about a cup of this handy mix:
Add in some seasonings, a block of the Mama brown rice noodles soaked in a bowl of (powder) veggie broth for a couple minutes and drained, more seasoning to taste, and bingo. Turned out to be a pretty satisfying meal in maybe 15 minutes total!
Our seasoning selection is still pretty sparse here, but this combo actually worked out better than I was expecting:
That particular take on salt & chili seasoning adds a decent bit of five spice flavor and a little sweetness to help balance things out, along with some dehydrated onion and garlic. Hadn't tried throwing it in with any noodle concoctions yet, but it turned out to be a pretty good choice.

dim sum part...Dr. P suggested us to dine here...not so many customers at lunch time...but the dishes were prepared orderly and delicious...
