The Adventures of Mark Twain.(1985)
Written by: Susan Shadburne & Mark Twain.
A few weeks back, our song “Blind” got some love on the KXT Homegrown Music Show and we’re still buzzing from it. Huge thanks to Waffles for spinning the track and shouting out our upcoming Dallas shows — PNC Plaza with Bronson Louis in March and Opening Bell in April.
And major props to Chris Babler - The Detroit Cobra, who captured the broadcast and turned it into this awesome video. Feeling grateful, energized, and ready for the next round of shows.
Pretty excited to share that the FM radio premier of Blind will be tonight at 9pm on 88.1 Indie right here in Denton, Texas!!
To listen, turne into 88.1 FM or stream on the 881indie website.🤘
Traveling to @rickhousebrew in historic Mineral Wells today for a two hour performance interview on @RealTexasRadio. Expect a great time talking about releasing “Blind” for streaming tomorrow and the new record in October.
"Blind" starts streaming on May 19th!! The Rodger Delany Band releases "Ray of Hope" a full studio album recorded at the Panhandle House in Denton, Texas. "Ray of Hope" is the first record from the Rodger Delany Band – a trio featuring Chris Ritchie on bass, Chris Babler on drums and Rodger Delany on vocals and guitar.
The release for "Ray of Hope" begins on May 18th with a live interview/performance on Real Texas Radio followed by the release of "Blind" the following day.
On October 4th, Chris Ritchie, Chris Babler and Rodger Delany will mark the full record release with an intimate presentation of "Ray of Hope" at Opening Bell Coffee in Dallas, Texas.
It’s hard to capture the level of pride that I feel in sharing “Ray of Hope” - my first full band studio album in over fifteen years made possible by tremendous performances by Chris Ritchie and Chris Babler.
The release process begins on May 18th with a live interview/performance on Real Texas Radio followed by the release of the song “Blind” the next day.
On October 4th, Chris, Chris and I will mark the full record release with an intimate presentation of “Ray of Hope” at Opening Bell in Dallas.
Over the next few weeks, I will share all of the happenings with posts and events.
Special thanks to Megan for the great artwork and Kimberlee for percussion on the title track. As always, thank you for the friendship, support and simple love of music.
First full show since last year will be a noon on Saturday, April 5th at PNC Plaza at the American Airlines Center!!
It’s great to be back!! Bronson Louis will join Chris Ritchie, Chris Babler and me for a full band show is April 13th in Colleyville, Texas for a “Colleyville Concert in the Plaza.” Performance starts at 4:30pm at the Plaza at City Hall.
The Plaza is a cool outside venue in a great town. Show is all ages, BYOB (no glass of course)…, bring blankets/lawn chairs…, for another great outdoor Texas music event!!
