if you say you love all genres and you love all music and then follow it with “not country music though” i’m going to take you out back and shoot you southern style. you are NOT A REAL ALL TYPES OF MUSIC FAN IF YOU DONT LIKE COUNTRY. especially if you have only listened to popular stuff and that’s how you decided you hate it. me and my dad call popular country music “bro country” - it’s all beer and women and boats and shit. of course you hate country if that’s all you’ve listened to. it’s horrible. but other country is amazing! i’m personally partial to older sounding/folk mixed country music but even other than that there are amazing country songs!!!!! you are holding yourself back behind a nonexistent cage!! you always need to give a genre a real chance before deciding you hate it.
