🌧️ When Faith Feels Too Small
Ever been caught between doubt, hope, and your own overthinking… all wrestling in your head like they pay rent? Yeah, same.
I wrote this after another round of me vs. my thoughts — a whole internal battle where faith whispers, fear yells, and I’m standing in the middle like, “Uh… so what now?” Some days trusting God feels effortless. Other days it feels like I’m falling from a cliff and trying to believe I’ll land safely… while also questioning if I even packed a parachute. But in all that confusion, reluctance, and tiny sparks of humor I can’t shake, something in me keeps reaching back toward Him- to JESUS.
If you’ve ever wrestled with faith, doubt, or your own brain doing acrobatics, this one’s for you.

Pray AND Prepare
Dear bro & sis:
We usually aren't prepared for a lot of prayers we pray, simply because we think ONLY of the END RESULT of our prayer, versus the Process of them...
THIS, is how we’ve mismanaged prayer.
We view almost every prayer as a miracle,
(which miracles are sudden shifts) and neglect how WE have to prepare for the process that changes the trajectory of where our life, leads. We need to be taught, NOT just how to pray, but also how to prepare for what we’ve prayed for.

"As Deep Cries Out"
A compass would keep spinning out of control until it recognizes its arrow should be pointing to You as the true north. I know that no matter what happens, I can always find my way to You. No matter how thunderstorms may shake us, when all comes crashing down, You calm the tides with waves of grace. And when at most times I feel as if an ebbing being deep to my core, undulating, You lead me to shore. The very power of Your blood washes away the bitterness of the sea, quenches my heart’s thirst, stills my mind’s tempest and drenches the fire, the kind that burns my soul. Where the stillness of Your river finds me, let me not drown with my own demons but cleanse me of the darkness inside, flood me with Your Life so I can pour it out onto others. If I drift away, cast rain upon the torrid sky. Let the water sweep over my feet, seep into my bones, and take me flowing to the ocean as I sink in Your love. And if this is what would consume me, I’d come all the more before You with Towdah, storms shall pass and I should let that sink in.
