Christmas with the BSD Cast!

a/n! Okay so I really wanna write a part two, so PLEASE if you want a character from BSD send me an ask, I know its close to the end of the holiday season but any requests are welcome! These are just my takes on how they’d spend the holidays!

Includes; Dazai, Atsushi, Ranpo, Kunikida, Yosano, Chuuya, Akutagawa, Oda.

I believe there are a lot more fem!reader elements than I meant there to be, but I tried to keep it neutral I apologize!

Christmas with the BSD Cast PT2

Dazai;

-Definitely plays in the snow, can't change my mind.

-You'll probably be out around Yokohama looking at lights and seeing how pretty it is covered in snow.

-Makes you wear his coat around because he thinks you look adorable.

-Never wants you to be cold, and forces you to bundle up to the gods due to it.

-Takes you to cafes for hot chocolate (with Kunikida's money ofc). Also totally wants to go ice skating with you, because you just KNOW this man is graceful and he wants to teach you.

-He'd probably get you something you've been talking about all year but didn't realize it. Like a certain manga, pair of shoes, article of clothing etc. He's very observant. Maybe something to match with him :). He's much more about the experiences rather than the gift giving though.

Atsushi;

-He likes going out as well, but his favorite is when you stay inside with him.

-Wants to watch cheesy Hallmark movies with you because they're heartwarming.

-Definitely a big fan of helping you decorate his place for the holidays, since he's never done it before. His favorite is putting the lights up and watching them turn on after all the hard work!

-Buys you something comfy, like a comfort item. Maybe a teddy bear (tiger ofc) but probably not a tiger on purpose, and he won't realize why that's adorable until you tell him and he's a blushing mess.

Ranpo;

-Ever seen a bakery at Christmas? Well fear not, now you will.

-He's taking you to all the best places for Christmas themed snacks, and will most certainly buy Christmas cookies for you to bake while he sits on the counter watching you.

-Enjoys watching you dance around the kitchen to Christmas music, he could watch that all day.

-Ranpo is for sure taking you to spend time at the with Fukuzawa, because the two of you are very important to him. Look forward to fun dinners with the ADA.

-Most likely buys you books or art supplies if you do that. He loves when you sit at his desk with him when you visit and you read those predictable novels of yours. Definitely gets you a side present of a baking book on all his favorite snacks. ;)

Kunikida;

-Stays at home with you, holidays are hectic and he likes the peace and quiet of just relaxing with you at home.

-You probably eat popcorn and watch something while he goes over his schedule a billion times until you curl up next to him and he stops.

-Naps together! It's cold outside but the two of you can be warm together. He likes to cuddle you on the couch in front of the fire place.

-Gets you something simple and thoughtful, but practical. I could honestly see him getting you a bonus gift of a taser for when people get too creepy with you. But still gets you something more meaningful. Maybe a planner full of cute plan ideas for the two of you in the upcoming months.

Yosano;

-Shopping, tons of it.

-You are out at the mall with her a lot, hitting every sale and outlet there is. She likes buying you things, and you can pick things out for her in return.

-She doesn't mind the crowds, but if you do, she'll go at a later time when less people are out.

-Will never have you carrying bags, she'll drag someone who doesn't have plans along to carry the items.

-Christmas present is a fancy new outfit tailored just for you. She loves fashion, and if you share that love she is over the moon to get you whatever dress/outfit you want.

Chuuya;

-This man is not short on any money, so whatever you wanna do is on the table. He just wants to be around you at all times, that's all.

-Dinners are very important to him, so taking you to his favorite places or even cooking at home with you will be his favorite part.

-Likes to enjoy the finest wine with you in front of a warm fireplace, just cuddled next to each other.

-Matching pjs, do it, he'll pretend he hates it but he loves it. Thinks you both look amazing and will take pictures. Its going on his desk in a frame.

-Buys you whatever you look at for too long. He wants you to have everything you've ever wanted because he loves you.

-Totally the type to buy you a beautiful necklace or bracelet with his name on it. Not only is it hot af to him, he likes his name and knowing you wear it. Could buy you a whole ass vacation or car if you wanted, but he thinks its the little fancy things.

Akutagawa;

-When he sees you decorating home, he takes you to his office because he wants you to teach him how to decorate it. It will remind him of you when he has to go into work during December.

-You spend time with his fam! You enjoy being around them and visiting, maybe more than Akutagawa. Gin is always so sweet to you.

-Another at home kind of man. Everyone pushing and shoving him at stores while trying to get presents will result in murder, so he'd rather not. Got your present months in advance to avoid such nonsense.

-Lays in your lap on the couch and let's you tell him stories or just talks. Not a big fan of the movies because he thinks they're overrated, but loves hearing your voice. Play with his hair until you both fall asleep please.

-As for a gift, he had to ask Gin a lot of questions, reluctantly of course. She told him to maybe not get you a gun, and instead opt for something more meaningful.

-That's right, tiny Rashomon plushie, you adore his Rashomon and he was absolutely taken aback when you said it was cute. This plushie means the world to you.

Oda;

-To the orphans! He is so in awe when you play with the kids, whether it be tag or hide and seek. He loves taking you to see them.

-Probably takes you shopping, but the two of you are buying presents to donate and give to the kids that you two have basically adopted.

-Most likely to dress up as Santa for them, and in doing such makes you his Mrs. Claus.

-Takes you to the place where he realized he wanted to be a writer. The both of you just read, (or write) and on the way back home you enjoy a talk of books and fantasy worlds.

-Likes when you lean on his shoulder or lay in his lap, will watch or do whatever you want as long as you're happy.

-His gift was super handmade, a book of all the things you've done together, a scrapbook sort of. The kids probably helped him decorate it, but he wrote all the lovely words inside. Detailing how happy he is to be with you.

Snow Dates

Well, @tiedbyaredstring , here’s the beginning of your Christmas gift! Every day leading up to Christmas and on Christmas, I will gift unto you a new Kaminari-Ship Christmas oneshot!  The Twelve Days of Kaminari Ships, day 1: Ojikami Read on Ao3 if you prefer! "Mashi!" Kaminari exclaimed, staring out the window of the cafe they were sitting at, "It's snowing!"

Ojiro looked over to the other, more energetic blonde and was happy to note it was, indeed, snowing outside. The weather report said there would be a small chance of snow, but the heavy waves of white snowflakes coming down spelled disaster for the young couple. 

"We should probably head back, in that case, Denki," Ojiro said, watching his boyfriend's smile falter. He knew it would be the smart option to go back to the dorms since the electric user's quirk tended to act up in the cold. It didn't drain him quite as much, but it tended to lash out and hurt others. 

"C'mon, we can at least finish our date?" 

The tailed man sighed with a smile, glancing around at the cafe they'd chosen. It was cozy, with bookshelves lining the walls and strings of lights hung over the doorway and walls. Everything smelled of cinnamon and freshly baked sweets, and they were sitting by the fireplace with a wonderful view of the park across the street. The light from the fireplace cast a golden glow over the upset teenager, turning his bright blonde hair slightly orange, matching his eyes. He looked especially cute since he wore his red sweater, which had long sleeves that half hid Kaminari's hands. 

Even as the snow came down in white speckled sheets, he found himself giving in to his boyfriend. His tail came around and the fluffy end rubbed against Kaminari's face, hearing him chuckle. 

"Yeah, let's finish our date."

By the time they finished up at the cafe, there was a half of a foot of snow on the ground. And of course, Denki had forgotten to wear any snow gear other than his jacket. He whined softly, snuggling close to Ojiro as they walked back to the dorm under an umbrella to keep the snow off them. UA was a slightly longer walk away from where they usually went, but the cafe had been worth it. Seeing Kaminari go on and on about different writers in classic lit, showing his rarely intelligent side, had made it so.

The slightly taller teen felt warmth bubble inside him as he watched his cute boyfriend shiver, wrapping his tail around the other blonde's waist. 

He could barely feel the cold on the appendage, why not use it to help keep his boyfriend warm?

"I love you, Mashi, and not just for your tail," Kamiari said, carefully stepping so he wouldn't slip on the snow. He'd almost done that twice already.

"I love you too. And I know that, silly." Ojiro smiled, intertwining their hands to help fight against the cold surrounding them. 

A particularly strong wind caused Kaminari to slip on the slick surface of the sidewalk, and Ojiro quickly stabilized him with his footing. From growing up in a family which practiced martial arts, he knew how to brace himself against strong forces. He'd also been taught to dress properly for the weather, meaning his boots had enough tread to dig into the snow.

"You alright?" Ojiro asked, looking Kaminari over quickly. Other than shivering from the cold and a red face, he seemed normal as he nodded frantically. He knew in Kaminari's free pocket was his fidget toy, a cube with a keyring so he didn't have to use his boyfriend's tail like in class. He should have been able to pay attention to the wind.

"I'm fine, Mashi," Kaminari said, smiling again. Ojiro let out a sigh of relief, his hold on the umbrella shaking. 

"Good."

They went on like that for fifteen minutes or so, walking and making small talk. What they wanted for Christmas, what they should pick up while still out, as well as other topics which made them laugh. They were almost at the dorms, heck the buildings were in sight and they'd already be there if not for a small block in the road from snow. 

"Aww, man!" Kaminari whined, "Guess we'll have to find another way around?" 

Ojiro looked at the pile of snow blocking the road and glanced up at the sky, where the clouds blocked the sun and overcast everything. An idea struck as Kaminari started walking away, and Ojiro grabbed his hand as he closed the umbrella, hooking it over his arm.

"Denki, climb on my back." He said, and Kaminari's face bloomed into a blush with confusion.

"What? Babe, what're you talking about?" He asked, his hair frizzing up with slight static. Ojiro loved when that happened. He turned around, knelt, and motioned for his boyfriend to climb onto his back, smiling.

"Just do it, we're going this way."

"Uh. Okay!" Kaminari said, his voice shaky as he carefully climbed on, being supported by Ojiro's strong arms under his thighs as the other blonde stood, making Kaminari wrap his arms around the other's neck for stability.

"This is gonna jostle you a bit, but don't worry, I won't let you fall." Ojiro looked over his shoulder and watched Kaminari's face get even redder in embarrassment, or from the cold which he felt.

Either way, Ojiro supported himself on his tail and launched himself up as he did in training. Kaminari yelped, hiding his face against his boyfriend's sturdy back. He didn't enjoy being in the air like this very much, he always felt like he would fall and possibly die, but he trusted Ojiro not to drop him. The wind ripped by them, freezing cold but not unbearable. The landing could use some work, for Kaminari truly did get jostled quite a bit and if someone was injured it could only hurt them worse. He tensed, hearing Ojiro say they were safely on the ground once more.

"P-Promise, babe?" Kaminari asked, shaking lightly.

"Yeah, we're on the ground." Came a chuckle from in front of him as he was set down, very careful not to let him slip on any ice.

"Thanks," Kaminari said, more of a whisper. They went further than he thought they had, now standing in front of the dorms' gateway which was decorated for the upcoming holiday.

"Well, let's head in, I'm sure you're cold," Ojiro said, opening the gate before holding his hand out for Kaminari to take.

Kaminari gulped, taking it and leaning up, placing a kiss on Ojiro's reddening cheek. He'd inadvertently put them right underneath the single bushel of mistletoe on the whole gate. With the warmth filling their bodies, hearts pounding wildly in embarrassment, it was hard to be cold despite all the snow.

Christmas with the BSD Cast PT1

Includes; Fyodor, Gogol, Sigma, Tetcho

Fyodor;

-Lucky to be with the rat man himself! Very rare to almost never that he likes to spend time with someone.

-Doesn't get the excitement around the holiday, but is ALWAYS dressed to impress in cold weather.

-Very rarely will let you cuddle up with him in public when not many people are around because his clothes are fuzzy.

-Steal his hat, (a dazai move lol) he'll act angry but somewhere in that cold heart he thinks it looks adorable on you.

-Probably not out too often because he doesn't have that luxury like the others, but if you whine enough he will take you out to do something.

-Much softer at home however, likes to listen to classical music with you and just read. Sometimes even dance and laugh at how clumsy you are. (Or he'll be impressed if you're good at it!!)

-Even though its the holiday, his work doesn't rest, so if you catch him working, sit beside him or hang out in the same room, but for you're own sake don't look at his work.

-In terms of gift giving, he's pretty selfish so it could be something that is for you but caters to his likings. 

Gogol;

-Resident Clown Man™

-Definitely one of the more chaotic christmas celebrators. But he still enjoys spending christmas with you because he feels like himself when you're around.

-Do not let this man near stores unless you are prepared to act like you didn't see anything. He!! will!! steal!! to see the look on your pretty face, he loves the shock.

-He enjoys decorating the tree as much as the next person but honestly? Give him free reign to decorate the rest of the house and he'll have it looking so festive the tree doesn't even matter.

-Let him take you places on a whim, because he loves dragging you out on adventures. If some big christmas event is happening in the city, you bet he's going there no matter what.

-HUGE fan of New Year's Eve, so he is getting drunk and attempting to make moves on you at every turn, and desperately wants to see the New York ball drop with you.

-He is a good gift giver, but only because he can steal it. He'll buy you ONE genuine thing if you're lucky but that's it. Other than that its whatever he thinks you'll like. Probably takes a puppy for you ngl. (or just an animal you like).

Sigma;

-He's baby, don't try and change my mind.

-Adores the christmas season because the sky casino gets a lot of customers at that time. Bored people, lonely people, and open wallets for the holiday cheer.

-You are always in his office, at all times, he doesn't want to lose sight of you in the crowds because he gets separation anxiety. Holds your hand tight if you two have to go into the lobby full of people.

-Since all those people will be in there, decorations play a big part in the atmosphere of the casino! He often wants your opinion on decorations and sometimes the two of you put some up. But really he wants you to relax so he mostly makes someone else do it.

-When the two of you get alone time, he's a big cuddle bug, his job is so stressful and he takes so much pride in learning all the ins and outs of it, its exhausting. He falls asleep really quick if he's laying with you.

-Actually interested in watching cheesy christmas shows and movies with you, he likes the happy endings!

-Makes the both of you look super cute in christmas attire because it looks good, seriously he can't keep his eyes off you.

-He can afford to get you a better present, which his is very grateful for because he thinks you deserve the world. Really wants to get you something that you were lacking, whether that be a reliable car, a place in a better safer neighborhood. Hell, move in with him if you aren’t in a safe place. Oh god please he just worries about you.

Tetcho;

-Since he is the most domestic and tame of the hunting dogs, he probably keeps you as far away from the others as he can for the holidays.

-Likes textbook christmas! So, baking cookies, decorating the tree, watching movies, singing christmas songs in the car, working out constantly.. oh wait you're telling him working out isn't a normal christmas thing?

-Sometimes a chore to make him settle down from training and relax a little. But very effective because once he does, his attention is only on you.

-Loves walking through stores or streets with his hand around your waist and holding your hot chocolate. When the store fronts are all lit up and decorated he isn't even paying attention to them, he's head over heels for the way the light reflects in your beautiful eyes.

-While he enjoys strange food combos, he knows you aren't as interested in eating those, so instead of cooking at home he takes you somewhere nice. So both of you can order what you want!

-That also gives him an excuse to see you dressed up, no matter what fancy outfit you choose to wear, he'll constantly be telling you how incredibly beautiful it looks on you.

-Some of the best snowball fights ever. Even if he has an unfair advantage! Helps build the best snowmen.

-As far as gifts, honestly if the two of you have been dating for awhile I could totally see him proposing to you for christmas, with an amazing custom ring.
