Scarecrow
My own design for Jonathan Crane. I stick into liquid-to-gas canisters since I don't really like the syringe fingers. Not sanitary and not that practical, but scary, oooh, that is very scary, yes. I am afraid that it will get people STDs or worse, Joker-blood infections (looking at you, Arkham Knights). I took inspirations from classic designs, animated, and Arkham games. The gas mask behind the burlap mask is what making the face looking slanted and unnatural, but I guess it adds to the horror. Turning the smiley face into frowned one I guess giving it more character since all laugh and games went to other villains. Top hat is a must since that is where all the rooted straws go.

Arthur Harrow
Moon Knight had given me a lasting impression with how they used Arthur Harrow character as that Ra's avatar from the comic. Cult leader and inexplicable powerset, his biggest visual cue would be Ammit--the one that I drew as the shadow behind him. Needless to say, a resurgence in comic pages would be nice since we also saw some long-lost villains in underworld.
Nuts.
Creeper
The infamous Jack Ryder's alter ego that I redesigned and had a different origin than the usual "click-to-change" type. Jack Ryder, early on his career, once traveled the world to find unique news to report and stay ahead of his competitors, especially the nosy Vicki Vale. Deep in the tropical jungle he found traces of both international criminal activity and ancient tribe that still exists. When he and his news crews tried to uncover the connection between the mysterious tribe and the criminals, they accidentally offended the high priest on an interview and was cursed with ancient spell because he was "too offensive with his mouth and too reckless with his thought." He asked his crew to fall back, unaware that the criminal syndicate already tried to ambush and scare them. Presented by the danger, he blacked out and the curse placed on him responded to what he had thought at that situation. As a fight-or-flight response, the thought of his career, his adventure on said jungle, a book written by Robert Louis Stevenson that he loved, the early rise of The Joker that he reported, and even his hidden desire to do justice like Batman. All those boiled down and turned him into a pale monster with green hair, red prehensile hair-like protrusions on his back, and a mind different than Jack Ryder. Once he regained consciousness, he saw a the criminal syndicate's trace that indicated a big fight happened. He found his crew hidden away by the mysterious tribe. Some wounded, and some were unscathed. But one thing is certain that they looked afraid of Jack and spoke nothing of the event. The mysterious tribe escorted them to the nearest settlement. Jack Ryder was perplexed on what happened back in the jungle, unaware of his alter-ego creeping inside...
Very much burnt out in work. Here is a WIP Maxie Zeus
