Distinguishing Chronic Complainers from Solution Seekers: The Power of Positive Mindset and Productive Behaviors
In every social and professional setting, we encounter two distinct types of individuals: chronic complainers and solution seekers. Transformation, just like mindset, is contagious. Before I go,
I just wanted to share something with you guys and girls that I've been learning more and more over this week. That is that you can't please everyone. There are people out there that are going to literally find fault in anything and everything you do. That is THEIR perception. Sometimes, their perception has nothing to do with you, but with their own inner demons. Somehow, find a way to swipe that off your shoulder. If it makes them feel better to complain, let them, but know that is THEIR problem and not YOURS. If you know you're doing something well, stand tall in your truth and hope that this person finally finds out what it means to be truly satisfied and happy with something. We all want to blame ourselves, make things right, and sometimes, it is our job to do so. Criticism isn't always bad, but when it's a constant thing and you've come to that point where you go "What else can I do?" know that maybe, there isn't anything else you can do but just keep living and doing you. You can't please everyone my friends and your efforts are good enough. <3
Chronic Complainer
Every met/knew/know someone who constantly complains? It really should be a symptom/illness. My father is a constant complainer and it is annoying as hell. How can you expect to meet anyone if you are constantly complaining? Newsflash, people pick up on that shit and whether you realize it or not your constant complaining is turning people away from you. The older he gets the more he complains and to be truthful, Although we can not control our destiny we can work with what we have (hope that makes sense). He was given the short end of the stick, but his circumstance is not unusual. Many people can pick themselves up and continue living their lives to the fullest. My father's problem? excuses, he's full of em. His other problem? blaming his children, wife, and parents for his mistakes. Ugh, my family is the definition of dysfunctional. Can not wait to get out on my own, talk about icing on the cake. I just have to keep telling myself, only two more years and I'm done, gone, peace out, neva comin back, adios, hasta la bye bye, where's waldo status.
