My fav hobby is monday-morning-quarterbacking american foreign policy from the 1990s--but only, like, when it comes to whatever i can blame bill clinton and-by-proxy-his-wife-hillary for, bc i don’t actually know anything about history or reality or that continent below us, but i heard some awful shit about that hillary bitch from my friend who stayed awake in that one class i slept thru.
I learnt today that there are more books in the I Am Number Four series and I don't have them. UNACCEPTABLE.

June Monthly Challenge - CHUG!
In May I challenged myself to learn to do 100 pushups, and I did just that. I also did the May forearm plank challenge. I didn't make it all the way to a 6 minute forearm plank. I did make it up to 3.5 minutes. I found that the 100 pushups AND extended forearm plank got REALLY hard when I did them together! I didn't think that one through when I added the plank challenge. Oops! But I'm happy with my results.
This month is my water challenge. 90oz a day, every day for a month. Admittedly, today is the 2nd and I haven't upped my water consumption. I'll get right on that! I know I don't drink enough water, so I am challenging myself this month in the hope that it will become a habit!
Here's to a million pee breaks in June, bottoms up!
Monthly Challenges.
I thought up 6 monthly challenges in addition to my move365 workouts. I did a random number generator for each one, the number will correspond to the months January (1) through June (6). Here's what I ended up with!
January: Broaden Your Horizons: Find a new way to sweat once a week.
February: Ommmm: Yoga 15x in a month.
March: Get Up and Move: Wake up and exercise first thing in the morning 3x a week.
April: Runnin' Runnin': run 50 miles in a month.
May: Push It! One month to learn to do 100 push-ups.
June: Chug!: Water challenge. 90oz a day, every day for a month.
Ok, looks like I'm finding something new once a week! Off to work on my schedule for the month. In June, I'll do another 6 challenges.
