Wow, it's been WAY too long. So long that I'd think about blogging and then think, "gosh it's been so long!" and feel bad and not do it. So no excuses, here it is. The good news is that I HAVE been working out every day. I just haven't been logging it here. So here goes!

218 (Sunday August 5) 60 minutes of kayaking
219 (Monday August 6) 20 minutes of cardio on the bike at the gym, restorative yoga and knee exercises at home
220 (Tuesday August 7) 30 minutes of cardio on the bike at the gym
221 (Wednesday August 8) 30 minutes of cardio on the bike at the gym
222 (Thursday August 9) 6am boxing bootcamp
223 (Friday August 10) 2 hour yoga workshop with Briohny Smyth & Dice Iida-Klein
224 (Saturday August 11) TWO 2 hour yoga workshops with Birohny & Dice
225 (Sunday August 12) 2 hour yoga workshop with Briohny & Dice
226 (Monday August 13) Level 2/3 vinyasa flow yoga

Phew! I can't believe I remembered it all. I wouldn't have been able to without checking my foursquare history! But that's done. I promise to be a better blogger again.
