MONKEY D. LUFFY ⋆˚࿔
Luffy had no idea why you were so upset, or why you absolutely refused one of his bone crushing hugs when he offered them to you, but what he did know; was that something about the glare you shot at him with a cruel click of your tongue when you dodged another one of his hugs made his chest flutter like he had just heard the words 'foods ready'. you didn't let him near you; lips turned into a pout that made his grin only stretch more than he even thought was possible. "cmonn" he drew out, a giggle that only made your irritation for your boyfriend shoot through the meter all over again. "just one hug!" Luffy promised. you shot him a glare, eyes narrowed, and brows furrowed like they were on a mission. you snapped your head to him, crossing your arms in defiance to the captain always getting his ways. not this time, this time he had messed with the wrong girl. "stay on your end," you hissed out, pointing a finger at him. he seemed to clap to that, as if the two of you were merely playing a fun game together like you usually did. in times like these, you seriously wondered what it was about Luffy that lead to a relationship blossoming between the two of you.
he smiled from his end of the Sunny, the sun casting a warm glow to the deck as you kept your distance, much to Luffy's distaste. he wanted a hug from you, that's all. he didn't particularly care who or what made you this upset to take it out on him, but it was starting to get a little unfair for his liking. your jaw clenched slightly, and Luffy paused for a moment. his grin slowly fell, before he stood completely still from the other side of the deck, arms falling to his side. "hey, this isn't fun anymore." you heard his words echo from his end, and you felt your heart slowly squeeze in your chest. "why cant i be near you? did i do something wrong?" he tilted his head, genuinely confused as to why you were denying him such a right as to want to hold his girlfriend whenever he wanted. Luffy always wanted to be around you, he was sure you knew that. there was no way you couldn't. so why wasn't he allowed to cross the wall you made between you two. you huffed, arms crossed as you bit back your irritation. he hummed, lips puckering together in a pout as he let out an impossibly loud and exaugurated sigh from the other side of the ship to your silence. you had to mentally count each fish that passed by in the waters as you sailed, trying your best to nullify the irritation bubbling in your system. "didn't do anything wrong?" you mocked out, turning your body in a swift motion, your feet marching right up to the captain of the Straw Hats. you were there almost instantly; a snarl practically etched onto your face as Luffy's smile only returned at you finally acknowledging his existence. "fix it." you spat out, Luffy's arms itching to hold you against him, while yours itched to hold back the attitude fighting to make you drag him through the sea's merciless water. innocently, he hummed with a tilt of his head, closing his eyes happily as he grabbed a hold of your sleeve. if he wasn't allowed to hold you right now, this was the next best thing. "fix what?" you practically blew up to that, leaning into his face with anger flickering through your eyes. you let out a scoff, "you know exactly what im talking about!" he shook his head quickly. "nuh uh!!" "you stole the dessert Sanji made for me!!" you fumed out, tick mark over your head as Luffy only grinned wider to that. without a care in the world, he leaned in closer to you, sealing the distance you had worked so hard to put in between you two. you felt his lips against yours, your eyes widening before those cursed butterflies seemed to burst inside you, letting out a defeated sigh between the loving kiss. no matter how much you seemed to burst when Luffy stole your dessert before you could even taste it, there was no way you could hold onto your attitude when Luffy always gave you something so much sweeter to taste.
RORONOA ZORO ⋆˚࿔
you had no idea how Zoro managed to get the two of you lost mid battle, but somehow the swordsman decided that he out of everyone knew the best route to make it back to the ship. honestly, you should have known to trust your instincts better, but the love you had for your boyfriend clouded all sense of rationality in your head; a dangerous weakness that led you to now. your clothes were soaked, sea water making your nose and eyes sting as Nami helped you back up to the Sunny with a look of pity to the sight of you. you let out a soft cough, laying on your back against the deck as Chopper hurriedly ran to check if you had any injuries. the suns light seemed to cloud over, and you squinted your eyes to try and make out who the hell had blocked out the sun. the man who had started this entire ordeal looking down at you with a raised brow. "i thought you could swim." he shrugged out. that's it. that's all he said. after literally launching you into the sea like you were one of his swords. not even bothering to explain the plan to you prior. instead, just standing like a statue while you screamed your lungs out mid-way into the air that you couldn't swim. he had to basically swim to save you before you drowned to your death, but the entire struggle could have been prevented if he had just explained to you what the course of action was.
instead, the marimo decided to just shut his mouth and let god handle it.
he didn't even believe in god, that was the worst part.
you felt your ears burn, eye twitching as you stood to your feet like you were ready to return the favor. you clicked your tongue, taste of sea water still on it but venom covered it more than you noticed. "i told you i couldn't." you hissed out, wet hair sticking to your face as you crossed your arms. questioned barked out from each member, Sanji and Nami being the ones lecturing Zoro for throwing you carelessly into the sea. while Nami spoke of how it was common knowledge you couldn't swim, and that as your boyfriend he should've been more careful; Sanji only insulted your boyfriend for being a shitty one.
Zoro rolled his eyes, arms crossing easily against his own wet clothes. his brow twitched, mainly to Sanji's insults, but the number of lectures were starting to make his head hurt. more than that fact, he already did feel bad for forgetting you didn't know how to swim. he swore you could, so could you really be that mad at him? he stood beside you, your glare still cutting through him quicker than he could in any fight. your brow twitched, and Zoro let out a carless "little miss attitude here is just throwing a fit," with a shrug, completely ignoring the snap of your head to him. "she's fine." in the seconds it took him to even open his mouth to say it, you had reached up to his heigh with ease. your hand clasped around the wet collar of his shirt, yanking the feared swordsman to your own height with a fierce look in your eyes. a glare hot enough to make his stomach churn with desire to wipe it off. "attitude?!" you snapped out, and Zoro let out a slow breath, swallowing thickly to the heat in your words. a tension sparked, and Roronoa Zoro was not going to back down from this challenge, not when it looked as good as you did right now.
"yeah. little miss attitude." he let out smoothly, a grin on his face that made you clench his clothes harder in your hands. you yanked him in closer, enough for the tips of your noses to bump. to Zoro, you looked good enough to eat right here, but to you? you were ready to throw your boyfriend overboard.
you hissed out, teeth bared right to his throat. "then fix it." you sent him back a few feet with a strong shove of your arm, chest rising and falling in no doubt irritation to his stupidity. you turned on your heel, ready to change out of wet clothes to save the smallest hope of your dignity after this mess. Zoro watched, eyes narrowing in tightly to you like a predator did to its prey. smoothly, he didn't miss a beat in following where you headed off to. one hand on his swords, Zoro was going to take your advice. not for his ignorance and terrible memory, but to fixing that attitude of yours until words weren't an option anymore.
VINSMOKE SANJI ⋆˚࿔
Sanji had no idea what the hell had happened, or what he could have possibly done wrong to anger the goddess that was his beloved angel of a girlfriend, but the distaste in your eyes as you turned away from his affection for the millionth time this time, was like twisting the knife in his wound. it hurt more than anything he could ever face, ever imagine, ever even dream of. but a wound from you was a pain he never shyed from, for you, he would have twisted the knife in his heart himself. if only you asked, but to the cook's dismay; you wouldn't even so much as look at him.
you held a fury in eyes that carried the entire bed of stars themselves, twinkling with the truths of the world's treasures, truths Sanji was being kept from.
he sighed, tilting his head as he gazed up at the woman before him, heart leaping into his throat as you glanced at him for just a split second. that's all it was, a simple glace, for less than a second at that; but Sanji lived for even that much. if that's what you believed he deserved, then that is precisely what Sanji deserved.
"tell me how to fix this mon cœur," he whispered against your hand, kissing your knuckles as if it would somehow repair the damage that had already been done. "whatever it is, ill do it." you felt your irritation and attitude start to slip, simmering by the voice of your boyfriend and the soft touches he never failed to bring to you. you bit your tongue, mentally grasping at everything to try and hold only the reason you were upset with him to begin with.
"please, ill be good." keep it together, you're mad at him, remember that. don't fall for his tricks! breathless against your skin, you felt the smallest shiver of his please shoot through you like an attack you couldn't dodge. his eyes narrowed in on your like they had just found the All Blue, a hand resting against your thigh as he stayed knelt on the floor below you. you swallowed, heat on your cheeks from your boyfriends manners, and you let out a quiet huff of defiance against it all.
your attitude would not be swayed so easily.
"speak to me, my love." he placed another kiss against your knuckles, before trailing a few inches higher on your wrist. "my angel, my million stars in the tender night sky," he trailed kisses against your arm, slowly rising from his knees at each one. tender, warm, and so full of a love you couldn't ignore. even when upset with Sanji, he never stopped showing you how much he truly did value you in his life.
"ma belle, the very reason my heart beats within my selfish chest." he sighed against your skin, softly cupping your cheek as your eyes narrowed like knives to him. "what have i done wrong?" he whispered, and your eyes seemed to spark back to life, no longer swayed by his love and affection; but remembering the very reason you were upset to begin with. you clicked your tongue, pulling yourself away from his touch as Sanji withered in his spot to your coldness. a coldness only you could make feel so good. he sighed, and you let yourself settle with the irritation in you for just a moment longer. "you should know what you did," Sanji perked back up to life, the sound of your voice making him swoon on his spot before he paused to the meanings of your words. cigarette in his mouth, with smoke curling in on itself as it breezed into the air above you two.
a few minutes passed, Sanji simply running through every course of action before his mind narrowed in on one particular one. "ah," he breathed out, tenderly pulling the stick from his mouth as he blew the smoke away from you. "so that's what this is, mon cœur," he chuckled out, and you rose a brow to his laughter. "you find this entertaining?" you pressed, a slight snarl to your words that made his grin only widen. he shook his head, all while still keeping his handsome face pressed into a smile as if you had just said something funny.
"i find this," he pointed to you, eyes raking over your body as he leaned back just the slightest against the kitchen counter. the lights above made the shadows on his face bring out the best in him, attraction prowling at you despite the situation. "little attitude of yours quite the sight." he took another slow and deliberate inhale of his cigarette, before letting it blow out easily through his nose.
"little attitude?" you scoffed out, crossing your arms in defiance to his compliments. Sanji nodded, as if it was the easiest thing in the world. he stepped closer to you, hand tenderly bring your chin up to look at him, an attractive gleam in his eyes that made you swallow instinctively.
"you're upset that i didn't spin you, isn't that right?" he murmured out, leaning in so close you felt the ghost of his lips linger above yours. as if by reflex, you leaned up. ready for his kiss and completely melting at the low chuckle that slipped from him. admiring the view, Sanji was never one to deny you. especially when it came to a kiss you were practically yearning for. striking up that heat in his stomach, you felt the warm kiss from the cook, full of reverence and passion only he could convey with such an act. he breathed against you, pulling you to your feet without breaking away from the kiss. hand at the small of your back, and the other tenderly holding your other to his shoulder, Sanji gave you exactly what you wanted. not because he wanted to get rid of that attitude you definitely had, because Sanji loved it when you bit back at him from time to time; but because you were someone who deserved to be spun whenever she wanted. without needing to ask, Sanji gave you whatever you wanted. he spun you, carefully, skillfully, and lovingly. just the way you liked, dipping you as he placed another trail of kisses down your neck to make up for his incompetence. relishing in the giggle that slipped from you, his stubble tickled your skin as he grinned against your burning skin. attitude or not, Sanji didn't care. who was he to deny the woman worth more than a million universes.
TRAFALGAR LAW ⋆˚࿔
Trafalgar Law could appreciate a lot of things about the girl sitting before him. the way you took control of things when the crew got a little too carried away, the look in your eyes that promised whoever was foolish enough to hurt one of your crewmates hell for hurting them, the way that same look would soften at the sight of him; the way you were his and no one else's.
Law even appreciated the way you held such a sharp tongue, he found himself loving the way it cut him. the way you knew how to talk, what words to use to hit the hardest, the way you relished getting someone riled up with just a simple tone you pulled from your throat. maybe that's exactly why he suddenly found himself loving the way he could get under yours as well. the way your eyes narrowed to him, as if nobody else existed. you had big power over him, but an even bigger attitude. one Trafalgar Law was so painfully attracted to, it almost hurt.
"are you done pouting?" he breathed out, chin resting against his palm as he watched you throw a fit right in front of him. your eyes narrowed, brows furrowing as if mentally cursing his very existence for even speaking near you. he let out a huff, clearly amused by the entire thing. it only made your irritation peak.
rolling your eyes, you crossed your legs from under the table. "i would prefer it if you didn't open your mouth." you hissed out, arms crossed as you turned your head to break eye contact from him. Law grinned to that, a chill spreading to him to your clear attitude right now.
"want me to stop breathing too?" your eyes squeezed shut, no doubt mentally holding yourself back from drawing out your swords to his throat. god, Law would not care. not when you held such a wicked venom in your tongue it made his entire body heat up like a wildfire.
you gave one firm nod, keeping your sights away from him. truthfully, Law didn't think he said anything wrong at all. "you're being dramatic y/n-ya." he breathed out easily, as if that exact thing wasn't the problem. you gripped the table like it had personally killed your parents and spat on their grave. you pressed your jaw together, and Law watched your nails practically claw against the wood beneath it, no doubt wishing it was his neck right now. there seemed to be a flicker of a crackling fire in your eyes, a rough click of your tongue piercing through his cocky grin. "you're right," you seethed out, poison on your tongue and corroding every part of his own attitude. "Trafalgar."
Law froze, eyes wide to the name coming from your mouth. there was no pet name, no sweetness to the endearing words you called for him with. instead, a cold and formal sound of his name piercing his ears like a hot rod ready to burn his entire brain as it was. as if punishing him for not understanding things as he should have. he gave a scoff, and you bared your teeth to that. "not so fun, is it Trafalgar." you pressed, watching his resolve crumble right beneath your very eyes. his own narrowed, and Law let out a slow breath. "that's what this little attitude is about?" he laughed out dryly, and you merely gave another firm nod to his question. slowly, your lips pushed into a kissable pout, letting Law sit with the knowledge of his mistake. surely, you couldn't really be upset that he called you by your name. you glanced at him, quickly, as if testing the waters for his reaction. Law was still, as still as he could be in this situation. the poisonous attitude biting at his mind was because he hadn't called you his usual nickname, instead opting for your actual name. he let out a slow sigh, as if tired by the idea alone. you tapped your fingers against your arms, which had crossed over one another again as you two sat in silence.
he stood, slowly, grabbling your wrist and tugging you with him. you blinked, eyes wide as your lips parted. "where are we going?" you lowly hissed, as if the anger still hadn't subsided. "im not done with you Trafa-" Law pressed his lips against your own, warm and filled of the fire you started in him with your deadly attitude. it was rough, yet so full of a love he fought to put properly into words, as if biting off your irritation and swallowing it away so you could breathe again. "yes, you are, sweetheart." he breathed against the kiss, heavy and steady. you felt your heart rush in your chest, eyes practically filling with a coolness the name he called you flew your way. you hummed as he kissed you again, hands firm against your waist now, bringing you in as if scared you'd somehow blow up on him again. pulling back, it was Law's turn to test the waters. you leaned into his touch, smiling softly. so sweet it almost hurt him. you blinked, slowly, but so sure he was right before you that Law knew you had calmed down just the bit. of course, his girlfriend wasn't so simple, of course he knew that. he also knew that he would make it up to you, no matter what it took. he promised himself that.
he did kind of fuck up, after all.
his thumb grazed your cheek, caressing the soft skin as you leaned into the rough and calloused hands that always held you so perfectly. as if made solely for you to be held by. Law gave you a slow kiss, much softer this time, more patient with you. admits the kiss so full of love Law had for you, and all your attitude in the world included, he gave a soft chuckle. "there's my girl." and just like that, your fiery attitude had flown out the wind and into the void.
